I called at 15:18 on Oct. 13th and the lady who picked up the call was not only rude but said no to me right on the face.. I asked her if i could talk to someone else and the next person named Christian gave me hope

Travis Switzer really helped us sort out a problem with our cell phone SIM card. Awesome knowledge and helpfulness. Very friendly at the same time. Such a great service!

Went in there and dealt with brad, he was awesome at the time. I was promised a discounted rate on my monthly plan and he even gave me a deal on the otter box case as well. My plan was supposed to be around $85 with the discount but my last three bills are $125.The discounted rate never came. I spoke to him for 2 wks and he said he was waiting on response from his supervisor.

Unbelievable customer service! This establishment has significantly improved since they've made some changes in management. I went in the other day just to inquire about upgrading my phone, Melody was extremely knowledgeable and friendly, ultimately it was going to cost more than I wanted to spend so I told her I would check back at the end of the month. She took my name and number in case anything changed. Well sure enough the next day the phone I wanted went on sale so she texted me and I was able to get the phone I wanted at the price I wanted. Typically whenever I've upgraded my phone I never feel good about the transaction let alone the experience, Melody, Brad & their team went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make sure I got everything I wanted. Huge rave to them and thank you all again so much!!

Christian at the shop was so helpful! He knows what he’s doing and help me save $ switching over phone plans. Highly recommended.

I dealt with Melenie (sorry if I’m misspelling her name) to change my provider, and also trade-in for an upgrade. She made the whole process a smooth sailing. My experience could not have been more easier and better.
