Panago Pizza

Wow this location is brand new and the pizzas they make here are disgusting and overpriced. I think I've had it with panago. For the price you pay for a pizza here you should get excellent quality but this was just terrible. My advice walk a couple hundred feet South to Pizza Factory where you can get a pizza just as good or better in my opinion for at least half the price. Will not be coming back.

Ordered a half chicken taco and half Hawaiian and they Delivered the half chicken taco missing the lettuce, tomato and sour cream (so basically half the toppings). I called customer service they apologized and told us they’ll deliver the right pizza we waited another 30 minutes and when we got the new pizza the guy delivering kept questioning what was wrong with our order previously. When we opened the remake pizza all the toppings was pushed to the side like the guy delivering was driving too fast which is no problem but when eating the first slice of the new pizza the dough was raw in the middle and the chicken taco is still missing sour cream.

Always perfect with the orderVery clean store from the pics. Love their specialty Pizza. My favorite is NYC deli, tropical Hawaiian, BDC, BBQ chicken and veggie korma. Parking space is not a problem. It is in Burquitlam plaza. Service is good. Oh no washroom for customer. Two seats.

Absolutely ATROCIOUS customer service. I recieved my order and it was wrong. When I pointed this out to the driver they contacted there boss. I politely asked them to communicate in English as it's the only language I speak (absolutely nothing again other cultures or languages, but in a customer service situation it's important the customer understands what you're saying) which to this, the manager at the restaurant yelled at me that he doesn't have to speak to me in English. They 100% refused to fix their mistakes or offer any type of apology for it so I asked for a refund. They were unable to provide said refund so the driver refunded me out of her own pocket to correct the situation. When they could have easily just corrected their mistake. Terrible customer service to a point I don't think I've ever experienced before

Daddy's night to make dinner. Got the GF crust in all three pizzas with Daiya veggie cheese on the veggie pizzas, making them vegan. The GF crust is one of the best we have tried. The veggie pizzas were a hit: garden veggie and primo vegetarian. The primo chicken was good however the cheese blend seemed different from I remember. It's a decent blend, but could be better. We do wish their prices were lower however they are running a business with good ingredients. We will eat their pizza again and would recommend it.

I had big order of pizzas with all kinds of allergies, from dairy to peppers, including gluten free. This was for school with children with special needs. I also required this on short notice and ask everything to be labeled and ready at specific time. Cindy was so welcoming and assuring that everything will be delivered as expected that she made this very easy. Kids were so happy, pizza is amazing. This was great experience, highly recommend this place.Thank you Cindy to you and your staff at Burquitlam Panago.

Food arrived cold. Go to any other pizza place, save your time and money.

Do not order from this place. It's a couple of scruffy dudes. My order was missing the ranch dip, the chicken wings were raw, and my pizza did not have any sauce and was burnt. You will probably get sick from salmonella if you eat here.I ate 2 chicken wings and 1 slice of pizza. About an hour later I suffered sharp pains in my intestinal track followed by severe diarrhea. For the next 48 hours I was bed ridden with a high fever, hot and cold sweats, delusions, and chills.On the 3rd morning my fever broke and I was able to get myself to the washroom without having to use the bed pan.To this day when I drive that stretch of road I get flashbacks and I am now seeing a counsellor once a week because of it.

Clearly their custom pizzas are going to fail. They don't even know what pesto is. I ordered a pesto pizza and they sprinkled a tiny bit of basil on the pizza AFTER I complained there was no pesto. Get your ingredients figured Please. Do NOT order pesto from these guys.
