Bought a boat there after I bought the serviced went down the hill from there the salesman did not return my calls I would not buy anything else there again

I had my engine rebuilt by them against recommendations from some local riders hoping that a dealership would know what they are doing. They improperly installed a coolant hose after the rebuild and left me stranded. I brought the machine back and they fixed it and even charged me for their fail. Then I got the sled back and although the hose was fixed they forgot to put coolant. This feels like a comedy of errors and I have received no communication or any attempts to make this right.

I drove from NS to purchase a 2017 Can Am Renegade 1000 xmr from Lapointe Sports. Was very happy with their customer service. From start to finish they made sure I was satisfied with everything. A little trouble with the language barrier but overall I would recommend. Great deals, great customer service and great product.

Wouldn't trust these guys or buy anything from them....their guarantee is not what you think it is... READ THE FINE PRINT!I worked with Mario, one of the sales staff for a week on a used boat. The ad in the Autotrader mentioned that there was a 30 Day guarantee which made me feel a little comfortable about buying a used boat. I was excited about the boat and finally decided I was going to put a down payment. They sent me the contract and it was in French, they declined to send me anything in English. I had to translate this using google translator and was shocked to find out the guarantee was a 50/50 split. This means that if anything goes wrong with the boat after you pick it up, you pay for 50% of the repair bill. They didn't mention this at all during my dozen or so phone calls and over 20 emails back and forth. Their ad, didn't say it either. In my opinion, they weren't upfront on this and probably would not have mentioned it if I didn't ask. I wrote an email to the president (Jean) but apparently he is too busy and pawned it off to some guy named (Martin) who gave me some lame response about how the paid" salesman and manager also wasted their time by doing their job. Anyway

Unimpressed with the service and the follow-up, as we paid for a trailer registration, but never received the paperwork. They told us to handle it ourselves. They also promised us a credit on accessories, which was refused once we picked up our Jetski.Basically, do not trust them.
