Absolutely fantastic customer service. I know not everywhere is dog friendly, so I appreciate my pup was able to come in. I had to bring him to work while I do renovations and it was way too cold to leave him in the car. The staff were welcoming and kind, and my dog seemed to enjoy himself too. Thanks Rona team! And extra thanks to the fella who carried by peg board to the cash AND my car for me.

Bought a weather proof plug. Took it back with the receipt describing that it was purchased there with all parts and was told that they couldn't find one on the shelf so no refund. Never worked from new. If its the last one don't buy it.

Visited 3 places in St. Thomas, and Rona was the only place that had the replacement that I could use for my defective lights. The service there was very helpful and patient.

Nice hardware store with usual inventory, with some limitations. Short on specialty items, to be expected in this smaller store.Staff are not knowledgeable, so know what you need before you go.Plenty of parking and wheelchair access.

Y'know what's awesome? When you need to get a key duplicated and the staff member looks mildly annoyed when you ask them to do it. Even better is when they look at the key cutter as though it's some sort of advanced alien technology, duplicate your key for you, charge you twice as much as anyone else for the service and then send you home with a key that doesn't work. Thanks Rona, you're the best.

I received all the help that I needed and everyone was very kind to my toddler while he explored the aisles. The staff truly understands what customer service means. Kindness is everything even in the smallest of purchases. I would highly recommend this location

They actually somewhat know what they're doing in there which is nice but the lumber yard or picked up yard is way too slow those people are more worried about chatting with each other than helping people out

Disappointed with the lumber quality delivered. Basically 2nds.... Most of it unuseable. They will exchange but it's on my dime, not theirs.... Decent store in person, but make sure you hand pick everything you want or they'll send you the garbage they can't sell

Unprofessional and incompetent. Would never buy any appliances or anything from them. Their delivery company is the same.Do not recommend, especially if you are a woman.Goeman's is my choice for appliances shopping.
