Brought my son and some suit pants to have hemmed the other day. The pants are literally calf length now unless my child wears them just above his buttcrack. WTFFFF. how do you mess up that badly?

Awful.June 2015 I was dealing with them, and they were great..Now I am dealing with them again in 2016, and they are awful. First they are a week late with my dress, second, they put a run in the back of it due to lack of they're listening skills, and finally as I go for my last fitting 8 days before my wedding, they knock over a coffee with my dress.The over charged me for their terrible work, and poorly altered my bridesmaids dresses, and over charged them.I will never be going back, in fact they don't even deserve a star, I just had to give it to them to write a comment.Please just save your money, and go else where.Mind you Pam that works there is great! :)

I had ordered a bandana for my cat which was too big brought it in to get it taken in. This place is not worth your money, for 15$ I could have done a better job. They charged me more than the bandana is worth to give me a product that’s missing stitching, is useven and isn’t the length I asked for. Don’t even bother with this place.

Bad Customer Service. Girl working in the evening shift is lacking Customer service skills.Save your money and go somewhere else, because you are a paying Customer and you deserve respect. I am very disappointed and would not go back after giving them business for almost 4 Years.

Terrible customer service. Pair of pants needed to be hemmed again (by them) after 2 months. They may have been worn a total of 5 times. They actually charged me to fix there bad work. Never again. A simple let us fix that free of charge for you sir. Lol.

I paid for my dress to look worse than when I left it. I then came home and spent 45 mins cleaning it myself to bring it back to wearable. Very disappointed!

Great people. Very timely. They don't all! Hemming, sewing, repairs and cleaning.
