Service qui avait pourtant bien commencé, la suite a été catastrophique, prix décuplés, horaires non respectés et finalement réponse insolente de la part du service à la clientèle nous demandant d'aller se faire servir ailleurs!!!! Dommage.....

Dont work there takes forever like 2 years to get your last pay then your told oh i did not know i owed you money give me your address ill come by tonight almost 2 weeks now nothing you call and secretary tell you i dont know you ect... Thats cause you werent there and you can not reach boss kinda poor guess they need the money more than me when i worked for it

Il est venu pendant 4 semaines, mon eau n'a jamais été aussi verte. Il vient et part rapidement... laisse plein de saleté quand il est supposé nettoyer la piscine. De plus il est mal poli, insulté ses clients

Contacted the company, they advised me of the charge that needed to be paid before anybody came to see the issue, took my details and said they would call right back... that 3 weeks ago

Stay far away from this company- they called to book an appointment to open my pool in March - being a new company I gave them a chance - to then never show up to my scheduled appointment. Due to the lack of staff I gave them several chances and rescheduled 5-6 times to then receive a call today that they will never come to open my pool - extremely unprofessional- STAY AWAY!!!

no actual comment, bought used parts way over price for a used part

We needed a lot of work done on our pool last year and contacted several companies in the area for help. Piscines GCB were the only ones who didn’t say “impossible” and fixed the problem. Would recommend them to anyone.

Clement and his mommy and daddy are big time scammers, they make you pay in advance and soon as you question anything or ask for specifics, he uses that as an excuse to blacklist you, drop anything and everything they were doing, leave your yard a disaster, and then say you have to pay more before they come back. Very unprofessional, they weren't even levelling my ground before throwing rock dust and got upset when questioned. Cut corner crew. They lie and cheat customers, I paid 1000+$ for them to slaughter my grass my deck and my driveway. They refuse to finish the work because they say they don't think I will pay them when finished. They have used this scam many times I am sure. Do not trust these people they are professional scammers mom dad and all the brothers. Giant Con Brigade GCB.
