I had an issue with a couple of ICO bath products and I was extremely impressed by its customer support, including its willingness to listen to customer concerns and reflect them in how they deliver its offerings. It's rare to find that in today's market. I strongly recommend ICO bath.

We have purchased two Kontour Towel Rack from Tubs's Etobicoke in 2018 as part of our home renovation and unfortunately one kept giving us trouble.
