I called 3 or 4 cleaning services in Fort McMurray to clean my mother's house and Portia at Poosh Cleaning was the only one to return my call. I arranged for the cleaning over the phone two weeks ahead of time. As luck would have it, I learned two days before the scheduled cleaning that I would be done my business in Fort McMurray a day ahead of schedule, so I called Portia and she arranged for her cleaners to come the very next day instead of the scheduled day. They did an amazing job despite the short notice. Very accommodating and thorough.

I booked an appointment, but the cleaner never showed up. When I tried to call and text the company, the answering machine was full, and I never got any reply back from the text (asking why the person never showed up).

Did a good job cleaning the house. We were happy with that. The carpet cleaning was a disaster. Stains showed up after that were not there before.
