Hakim Optical Milton

Hakim Optical has been serving so well for so long but their recent hire is so bad with customer service and have brought the practice of blaming customers when something is wrong without looking at the system whether the warranty is covered or not. She was about to send us back with an excuse that the glasses were “probably “ washed with warm water and my wife shut her off by telling her that she knows how to clean glasses. The other lady who has always been nice at this location helped us by looking at the system and told us that the warranty is covered. I would rather keep an eye on this sort of customer service and would not only stop going there but also inform my friends and family to avoid

Horrendous customer service. The sales associate almost didn't want to speak to us and explain the deal" they got going on. We were there at 4:20 on a Saturday

I met with Monica to get contacts for the first time. She was very patient and super helpful. Highly recommend!

Zero customer service at Hakim 800 Main St E Milton. Doesn't deserve the star but I have to mark it to add my comment. The lady at the counter is so disrespectful. She lied twice and was so arrogant to say sorry for her continuous mistakes. She doesn't care about the customer's needs. This is provocative! We paid  $739 for the glasses to be treated with hubris

I came to this location on August 16, 2022 and staff was more than helpful. They showed how to put/takeout contact lenses. Salman and especially Monica went out of their way. Love the vibe and energy at this location. Thank you so much guys! Can't wait to receive my Gemstone green contact lenses this Friday!

I had great service! The staff is very accommodating and always has your best interest at heart. They’ve been a great help. I’ve been going here since I’ve needed glasses and will be coming back once my prescriptions renew :)

The lady was so patient and kind when I was putting my contacts in, I even got a free pair of sunglasses with my purchase! I’m definitely coming here again - great costumer service and super kind employees overall!

I had the best experience at Hakim Optical. It was my first time getting contact lenses, and the doctor sat with me for 30 mins, and taught me how to wear them. Every time I walk in, the staff is always polite and always helpful. Highly recommend this place!

Poor customer service. Went there nov2020 and was disappointed. Then Apr 2023 I went there again. The P lady is more knowledgeable and pleasant. But the newer darker one is horrible and will ruin this retailer, despite the big Hakim name. If she's not fired by next month, I surely will never comeback. soo many complaints about her. Hundreds frames to choose but very bad customer service!
