I absolutely love coming to this clinic. The staff are friendly and compassionate, and it is evident through multiple interactions that Dr. Halliday truly cares for her patients. I would 1000% recommend going to Glenwood Radiology.

This place was rude, aggressive and absolutely traumatizing, I felt like cattle. The staff was cold and calloused and non smiling from onset, and I had to fill in a two page form to send the results to my family doctor. They wanted all their details including fax number on their form. Which they told me to look up on my phone. Later I was nearly in tears by how aggressive, mean and humiliated I was by how the ultrasound tech was treating me, as she ordered me around aggressively.. kept telling me how I was moving was wrong. She insisted I lay flat on my face for my foot ultrasound and moved me up and down aggressively, it was then there was a knock at the door and she began talking to her “friend” about their social lives. After this placed like cattle in another cubicle. The only human being was the xray tech. However I received a call 20 minutes after leaving that they missed xrays… they took like 10! My feet feel hot and raw! I am not impressed!

Very professional and polite staff!Every appointment I had here was a great experience and the ultrasound technicians are very friendly.Would definitely recommend!

I called all clinics one I got requisition from my doctor for cortisone shot to discover long wait times.Glenwood went the extra mile to get me in as soon as I had a very time sensitive need.My appointment was on time and the radiologist was very knowledgeable and kind lady, did the procedure with simplicity and with care.I very much appreciated how they made this work for me!!!

We live about 45 minutes away from this location and came here only because it was the only clinic during covid that we could find that would allow my husband in the room, to view our baby. The first pregnancy was great, we had Edna and she was fantastic. The second pregnancy has been a struggle. We had 2 botched ultrasounds done elsewhere and then the last 2 times we've come here there have been technical issues. The 3D Ultrasound Machine didn't work which was frustrating because that was the point of this ultrasound, no one called to reschedule and we had to wait for another room to become available turning a 45 min Ultrasound to over 2 hours. If they had communicated this prior we would have just rescheduled. The second time the TV was down. They were not going to move rooms until I asked repeatedly to use a different room. I should have to beg to see my baby. You should be more accommodating to try to find another room instead of leaving me on the bed crying or you to do something. I have 2 more ultrasound to go and when I called to make those appointments I asked for a room that is going to work and if not can they please communicate that so we can change the appointment. The girl who answered the phone had every excuse under the sun stead of apologizing and then hung up rudely. Needless to say I have cancelled those appointments and will be going elsewhere. I guess they only care about their patients if you bring them chocolate. Otherwise your just another person, got forbid you say anything negative or you'll also be treated poorly. This pregnancy has been tainted with bad ultrasound after bad ultrasound. Thank you for spoiling what should be a very exciting time in mine and my husband life.

Although the staff are friendly they are not very good at time management. I had an appointment and was not scanned till 50 min later than man original time and what makes it worst you here multiple walk-ins get scanned prior to you. Unacceptable when you make the effort to arrange an appointment and they don’t acknowledge it. DO BETTER!

I went here for both my ultrasounds for my pregnancy and had a lovely technician (I think her name was Edna) who I trusted as I was high risk in a previous pregnancy. I called today to ask to change my appointment time for possibly earlier and I was told I had no file nor an appointment there whatsoever. I know for a fact I called on September 30th and made an appointment for October 12th with the same technician. I cannot believe they either lost my file or deleted it completely. I don't recommend coming here for follow up appointments in case they do the same.

I unfortunately arrived a few minutes late for my appointment. Staff were still friendly and understanding.Technician worked quickly to keep schedule, but she was definitely still very thorough with my ultrasound. I did not feel that my care was lacking in any way.She was so kind and ensured I was comfortable during my appointment.On top of that, I got my appointment within days of booking and had many options for times. I booked online and the booking process was very easy.A+, 10/10

This was my first time at the West Edmonton Clinic and my experience was unprofessional and frustrating. I got to my appointment at the requested 15 minutes early and was taken back to change into a gown for my ultrasound. The ultrasound itself was fine, but at the end I had a similar experience to other reviewers where the cloth to wipe off the gel was thrown on my hip and I wasn’t given any privacy to clean off the gel before going out to change out of the gown. I had ultrasound gel all over me and my shirt as I was told to only take off clothing from the waist down.When I got up to leave the tech told me if I wanted to get the back of my hip ultrasound done I would have to book another appointment. (They did an ultrasound on the front and side of my hip and were supposed to do the back as well) I left the room confused and after changing I went to talk to the receptionist and asked her if the back of the hip was on the requisition, the receptionist told me that it was and that the tech hadn’t been scheduled enough time to complete the ultrasound and I could book in for another appointment “if I wanted.”Of course I want to get the full appointment done so that my doctor is able to treat me to the best of their ability based on the information they requested.I am appalled at the lack of respect for my time and patient care in general, if a requisition clearly states what needs to be done then why was I only scheduled in for part of it and made to come back?Quite frankly that is a waste of my time, not to mention that of the clinic's and other patients as well. I highly suggest that whoever is booking appointment times and acting as the coordinator do a much better job to schedule appropriate appointment lengths.
