I needed a custom size sofa so I provided my own design drawings to Krystyna and her team at Ideal. They made the sofa to my exact specifications and it looks amazing. The quality of the frame is evident (it's heavy and solid) and the upholstery is nicely finished. What I did not expect was how comfortable the sofa turned out to be. Krystyna and her staff built the perfect furniture for me exactly as I imagined it. Despite the distance involved my sectional arrived in perfect condition and the movers were very careful and courteous in setting it up. I would highly recommend Ideal Sofa to anyone who who wants a custom built piece of quality furniture - they did a great job for me.

My husband and I had a great experience working with Ideal. When we first approached them we had a vague concept of what we wanted for our two custom couches, but after a couple of meetings, their sales/design team had helped us solidify colours, materials and styles that were perfect for us that fit right within the budget we had laid out for them. They kept us updated throughout the building process and were right on time, if not a few days early with delivery. The delivery was smooth and the two gentlemen were just that: gentlemen (my neighbor even came over after they left and commented on how lovely they were). We always looked forward to meeting with the Ideal team because of their warm, inviting and friendly business culture. This team is extremely knowledgeable about their products and they will confidently educate you and provide design suggestions based on the needs you lay out for them. They will treat you like family and take a personal interest in your satisfaction with their products and service. And have I mentioned the products themselves? It can be frightening ordering custom because you are not always 100% sure of what you are going to get. After meeting the ideal team for the first time I instantly felt comfortable that they would build us something fantastic, and they did. We now own two very beautiful, very comfortable couches that go beyond our expectations, perfect for our lifestyle and our growing family. Thank you Ideal!

This a much overdo review on Ideal Sofa. I've been busy... enjoying my new sofa! :) Krystyna and her team made a custom sofa and two club chairs for us about 20 yrs ago. The quality was excellent and the furniture lasted much longer than I even wanted it to!... I wanted new updated colours but couldn't justify it because they were still in such good shape. After I finally convinced my husband to paint our family room this year, he had no choice but to agree to new furniture! :) We recently had the two chairs recovered and they look amazing! We got a brand new sofa and it is also fantastic, up to date and so comfy. Krystyna and her team are amazing...wonderful, warm and friendly and very knowledgeable. I 'visited' my sofa several times during the construction process and saw how it was coming together. The customer service from beginning (design process) to end (great delivery guys) was outstanding. I highly recommend anyone looking for custom designed sofas and chairs to head over to Ideal Sofa.

We’ve had 2 furniture pieces custom made by Ideal Sofa for our brand new condo, a solid walnut bed and a 3-piece sectional. Due to Covid, it took quite some time for the deliveries but it was well worth the wait. The bed looks perfect in our master bedroom, elegant, well-made and we love the convenience of having the extra big storage drawers. The modern sectional is admired by all of our guests for its unique design and workmanship, it fits well with our existing décor which creates an upscale look and feel. We really appreciate the hard work, expertise, dedication and willingness to work with our design ideas, of the team at Ideal Sofa. We have a lot of faith and confidence in them so we are looking forward to working with them again on other interior design projects for our condo.

We purchased our custom sectional at Ideal sofa and from the start to the end, the entire experience was exceptional. Krystyna was a pleasure to work with. With her expertise, she was kind and patient when presenting options and truly listened to what we wanted in the custom piece. The delivery with Tomas and his partner was very professional, timely, neat and clean. We are absolutely thrilled with our new custom made sectional from Ideal Sofa! A number of years ago, we purchased a sectional from another custom sofa manufacturer. After a few years, the cushions began to sag. The final straw was when one of the legs of the couch just broke into the frame of the couch. We had to stack books under that end to hold the sectional up. So we were very wary of buying another sectional of inferior quality. Our online research quickly led us to Ideal Sofa, and we are so happy it did. The process of designing our sectional and selecting the fabric was seamless. They professionally delivered and set up our sectional in our home. Now that we have the sectional, it is readily apparent how much attention to detail and quality workmanship was put into it. Recently I had my dinning chairs upholstered at Ideal Furniture and was impressed with their quality of work and service. Krystina the owner of the company is honest and knowledgeable. I just dropped the chairs at their showroom and she did a perfect job of color matching, the chairs looked as good as new, all at a reasonable price.Awesome Job Ideal Furniture, would recommend Ideal furniture to anyone who wants to upholster their furniture.Vincent
