I would highly recommend this company for needed work with any residential projects like water drainage or landscaping or other related outdoor yard work. They did a great job with the extensive drainage network, foundation waterproofing and perimeter drains project on our residential property. As well they left everything looking great!Andre was really great at explaining exactly what his team was doing and the rationale. Him and his team are very conscientious and professional. His quotes were detailed, clear and had no surprises.The owner of the company, Andre came on a day off during the project to channel runoff water from the November 2021atmospheric river rains away from our home!

I’ll start by saying that Andre and co were fantastic to work with, I highly recommend them and we’ll absolutely use Best Coast for any future projects!Andre initially came by to provide an estimate for a fairly small job for us… we were looking to have an area of our backyard scraped and some crush brought in. He asked some clarifying questions at that time that got us thinking about expanding the job. He came by again and provided an estimate for levelling a portion of our backyard. Both estimates were detailed and provided the information we needed to make an informed decision.We decided to go ahead with the larger piece of work and were provided with an estimate of when the job would start. This was bang on! Approximately a week before the job started, Andre checked in and we picked a start day.We are truly so pleased with our experience with Best Coast. Andre and team checked in each day and as our yard started to take shape, we were able to incorporate changes as we went.The team is friendly, knowledgeable, and professional.We are so glad we went ahead with the larger project - the end result is even better than we imagined! The Best Coast Excavating crew built a 2 level retaining rock wall on my property, and then levelled the property accordingly, and filled it in with gravel crush.They fit me into their schedule sooner than expected, communicated well, showed up on time, and worked hard!They very reasonably added to the workorder to strengthen a weak point attached to my property that was noticed while excavating. I was impressed with their advice and willingness to add the work, even though they were lined up and busy.They worked hard and worked more hours than expected in order to finish the work amid winter weather conditions.They crew had a lot of creative control with materials and design, and they wow’d me with how great my property looked at the end! The whole crew were professional and polite and knowledgeable. The owner, Andre, also billed me according to the quote and helped to keep me in my budget for the project.I would gladly call Best Coast Excavating again, and I would recommend them for your next project.Thank you!
