We had a great experience with Matthew Couture from Kangen Water. His customer service was excellent. He was very knowledgeable on the products and answered my (many) questions very well.The installation was very smooth and the system works beautifully. The faucet looks high-end and fits in perfectly with our kitchen. Thank you for driving 2 hours to perform our installation.We highly recommend Matthew and his team. Btw the water tastes great! We're so excited to finally have clean water for our family.

I am so thankful to Matthieu for not just walking me though the decision making process of getting my Kangen machine but, for also being available for any support related issues like dropping off a new filter overnight . Great absolutely amazing mattieu was incredibly polite and took care of us well. Used to drink tap water now I drink the closest thing to spring water available in the city and ultra purifying alkaline water. You honestly feel the difference just after 1 day of drinking this.
