Home Depot did a virtual design of a kitchen for me. They asked for $150 to measure the space. They came and measured the space - took maybe 15 minutes. When I asked for the measurements they said nope, they own the measurements. They would only release the measurements once I bought the kitchen from them - which by the way, came in at double my clearly stated budget at the beginning of the consultation.For $150 I could have easily bought a laser measure and measured my basement precisely all by myself.And so can you.

Order 30 cabinet door knobs online for in store pick up. Online said there was 47 in stock. Went to go pick them up and only had 7, I said to cancel/refund the order as I needed the 30. I did not take any home and was told that there would be a refund.The person at the pick up desk messed up and completed the order. I called the store many times, and customer service, but was never refunded the money after a year of trying. So I am out money and no cabinet knobs.

Ordered online. Still took 45 min to find my product. Whoever is in charge of organizing inventory and scheduling the front counter staff needs some coaching.. . hey, homedepot... you need more staff....

I ordered a tool box from their online store June 4th. ETA on the tool box was June 8th which was perfect as it was a fathers day gift. It never showed up and it is June 20th today. I've contacted Home Depot several times and keep getting told that they will get back to me in 24hrs and that it has been escalated. Never once did i get a call or email with any information on my package in the last 12 days. I've asked for refund a couple times and they keep giving the same speach that it has been escalated and they can't give me a refund. Not sure what i have to do to get my money back or at least the package? I just can't believe that nobody can figure out where a huge tool box went. Be careful ordering from themEdit: Tried contacting Home Depot on instagram as per the reply. Nobody answered or ever got back to me. The shipping company ended up finding the pallet. Also I paid for shipping to my house but had to go pick it up from the trucking company. Be careful

Good selection of seasonal items. Plenty of painting supplies at a variety of prices. Didn't stock clear refills for 3M/Command hooks. Also they only have self check out open - only taking debit/credit. Very inconvenient when I wanted to pay cash.

The Grande Prairie Store as the WORST customer service. In an attempt to find out if something I was shopping for was available (the website wouldn't work) I called the customer service desk. Listening to the phone ring for 12 minutes is not acceptable. Oh and did I mention that my call didn't actually get answered?!?!?!

I recently went to Home Depot to buy some plywood (sanded pine) for a woodworking project I decided to get it cut at Home Depot due to not having space for a full sheet in my vehicle. Boards were cut and once I got home I realized none of them were the dimensions I needed and they were not cut straight. I tried to return and they did not let me. Don’t get your lumber cut here.

Amazing customer service ! I was shopping and researching online for a particular sink faucet, and i found the one i wanted and planned to go to GP's Home Depot later that day. When I got there in the evening the price had gone up $30. I had a photo / screenshot of the exact product and they honored the cheaper price for me. Thanks GP Home Depot ! Great service from your young man in the department that day, and the young guy in training at the self serve check out!

Buying weld tips from Home Depot is impossible (4 trip, 4 stores), online they'll have stock but when you get there all you find is empty torn up boxes left by the rat thieves..it's like Home Depot doesn't care if you steal and keep stocking up for these rats.....Lowes is the same...DFW is getting worse every week...
