I'm regular customer at this store ,but yesterday I was disappointed. I was looking for my husband a birthday gift and I prefer to pick by my self but stuff was coming to me every 5 minutes and asking to help me I v been told them I will call if I need help but the feelings was I'm shoplifter, and I'm left store because I never steal and I'm also working in grocery store ,so from this time I decided shopping at at other places.

They were hanging out with themselves, such a RUDD staff, and when I asked one of them to help me, she just said, yes, this is a good item and then went, and I saw they were laughing and talking!!! and it was just a mess! It wasn’t the only time !!! It happened 3 or 4 times! I prefer to go to another location!!!!We are all human, not a jock to your staff!!!

I have nevered walked into Sephora before. Tonight at 8:09 pm, June 1, I was greeted with by a hostess who showed me the product line that I requested with a wave of her hand, and walked away. I turned around to ask her a question and she had disappeared to talk to her colleague. It was not busy in the store. What a big disappointment to not get any service whatsoever. I will not return.

Avoid this location if you can. Staff are rude and will ignore you even if you try to make eye contacts to get their attention. They are all busy chit chatting among themselves. None of them seem to want to work. It seems like this is a usual occurrence from this location based on the reviews.Came in on April 11 in the evening and was completely ignored. When I was finally able to get someone to help, the lady looked annoyed that I bothered her conversation with her coworker. She was too busy chit chatting that she wasn’t paying attention to who she was originally talking to and ended up giving the products I asked for to another customer who came in waaaaay later than me. Very disappointing as the product is also always out of stock. Maybe if she was actually doing her job and stop hanging among themselves then their service would be much better. Staff in this location seems to be the typical stuck up girls who picks and chooses who they want to help.

I’m sick of dealing with the racism at this location I’ve asked for helped plenty of times to the women who kept following me around the store & then she straight up lied to me about not having 3 specific items I requested help for, which I just ended up finding by myself so clearly she’s just a liar & the worse “beauty advisor” y’all need to respect who’s stolen land you’re on… literally the worst customer service ever. I never do Karen stuff like this but pls be for real.

I went in today with my sister and all the associates completely ignored us. No one even acknowledged us when we walked in. I wanted a color match which I then did by myself with assistance from my sister and they all watched us as we went back and forth picking up our foundations and trying them on. One of them, even had the nerve to say excuse me so she could pick up the trash can because we were in the way yet she could see we were in need of help. Shortly after a Caucasian woman walked into the store and she was immediately greater with enthusiasm and assisted right away. When we finished looking for a foundation we walked into the skincare section and one of the associates tailgated us probably to spy on us instead of asking do you need help. Not coming back to this location ever again. Iv worked in retail before and I understand that there are independent customers who really don’t need help but unless they explicitly say so assume a customer needs help when they walk into a store, that should be common sense

I went to Sephora at Stvital the other day and the girl named Tammy was super helpful and patient. She recommended me great products and lots of options to choose from for skincare as well as makeup. Definitely going there again! Thanks girl! :)

Don’t go this position. An employee asked me if I need help, and I replied that it's okay. I'm just looking around. After a while, she asked me in a very rude tone. Are you sure you don't need any help? I want to know if I can't find what I want myself? She was also checkout for me with a very impatient attitude. When I checked out, I forgot my phone number and asked if she could use my email. She was very impatient and sighed, quickly read out my phone number and told me that you could use your phone number next time. The shopping experience is very poor. She made me feel discriminated against and disrespected. She made me instantly stop wanting to buy things and won't come back in the future.

Amazing service! The staff was so welcoming and warm. I went to get concealer, and finding the perfect concealer is a struggle itself, but Apramver made it super easy and helped me get the right concealer; he also helped me upgrade my skincare game by helping me get the right skin care product according to my skin type, his personality was very welcoming, and he understood my concern. The staff at the cash was super lovely too and told me about sales and another offer which I wasn't aware of. The staff is so kind, and they got precise knowledge about the products. This store is now my go-to Sephora store. :)
