Sad to see all these negative reviews and experiences with Dr. Shittu. I personally had nothing but positive experiences with him as my doctor last year when I was dealing with severe gut health problems from stress. Dr. Shittu listened to me and referred me to the appropriate tests so I could be diagnosed. I hope he moves on somewhere where he’ll be appreciated and happy. Sad loss for Locke St walk in as I know doctors are in short supply! Only 4 stars as similarly to others I find the appointment booking and wait times to be egregiously long for people who book in advance and come on time. I hope this can be solved once the staffing issues are resolved.

Myself and my partner have been patients of Locke Street Medical Clinic for over two years now and have only had positive experiences at this clinic. All physicians including Dr. Tran, Dr. DeRubeis, Dr. Shittu, and Dr. Colterjohn have provided excellent and appropriate care, and had great bedside manner. Follow up calls regarding test results were also made promptly. While it may be difficult at times to reach the clinic by phone, making appointments using the MyHealthAccess website has been seamless and consistently reliable. Would recommend!

Dr Opala is a very dedicated specialist.I am humbled to have been referred to him . His secretary is very efficient.Many thanks.

I met Dr Tunde Shittu few months ago for a medical condition I had been struggling with for several months. I had seen multiple physicians with no resolution. After having 2 consultations with Dr shittu & he made the diagnosis. Started me on treatment and it changed my life.He was very polite, considerate, professional and friendly. He discouraged me from relying on controlled medication including narcotics and benzos. Now I am a better person. Can’t thank him enough. It’s sad he is leaving the practice and I will miss him dearly.

Great walk in experience. Both staff members I worked with were extremely courteous and knowledgeable.

A neighbor told me his bad experience with Dr Shittu. My wife also had a bad experience with him a few months ago.. she felt he didn't really care, he also give her a prescription that wasn't available at the local pharmacy. We kept calling at the clinic but apparently they were too busy, the nurse was rude and never called us back. We finally ended up going to a different clinic and my wife got the attention, care and respect she deserved as a patient.

Dr Shittu Its probably one of the WORSE doctors I had ever cross. Don't take him as a family doctor .He is very dismissive and doesn't really care about your concerns. his behavior as a professional give u a lot to think of...Frist of all, he can barely speak English so its really hard to understand him.. secondly, in December 2020 he gave me a prescription of a medicine that was only available in the UK, I was heavily sick and I had to go to 8 different pharmacies until he actually decided to change the prescription, I mean the guy is in the moon... and due to his negligence I end it up hospitalized for 2 weeks at emergency.Dr Shittu is lazy and he doesn't do his job properly. If you go to the clinic Avoid at all cost been taken by him. He is not a reliable doctor period.

I’ve never left a review for anything before but this place is so mismanaged I feel the need. Used to go to this clinic several years ago, once they made me an appointment for a time the clinic wasn’t even open, NOT my error, I had it written on their card, another time waited for 2 hours before they told me the doctor had an issue and wasn’t going to come in. My spouse decided to give them a try despite my warnings, apparently there is a new family doctor there, waited for 2 hours past his appointment time yesterday then had to leave as he hadn’t planned on being there a full day. They asked if he wanted to reschedule, obviously he said no thanks. Don’t even bother with this place.

I have been a patient of the clinic for four years now and continue to feel grateful for the service, love, and compassion that the team at the clinic demonstrates for every person that walks through their doors. Thank you team for helping and supporting me through questions and care during pregnancy, after I had my son, and now as he transitions to life as a JK student. I highly recommend the clinic.

I was shocked to read these reviews. Myself and my husband both received excellent care from Dr Shittu and we were very sorry to see him leave. His untimely departure has left the clinic in a very difficult position. There are doctor shortages everywhere. At times it was difficult to understand only due to masking. Dr. Shittu is a highly educated physician who worked in emergency medicine in England prior to coming to Canada.I wanted to post this review as his reputation is being disparaged and that was not my experience. I pray he returns.
