I think that the employees are really good but I feel like the manager needs more training because I find her very disrespectful and whenever I go to the bathroom she yells at me to make sure I’m not with other people when I’m alone. I think that they need a new manager. She’s very disrespectful to customers but overall, I think the Starbucks is really good but it’s just good because of the workers not the manager.

I love the space and the size, and the people are really nice - it would be great for working but the music is consistently really loud at this location. The speakers are positioned right over the co-working tables, and they rarely play coffee-shop music...it's often 80s music and reggaeton which I love, just not for working and taking work calls! They are usually quite nice about reducing the volume, it would just be nice if they played more cafe-type music.

Great experience with the staff at this location, very nice & friendly. My issue is with this location always being out of the specialty drinks. They seem to run out after a week of release. This is going back to the winter time as well. After talking with staff about it, it seems they always get shorted on supplies, but to the customers who come in for the famous Starbucks specialty drinks and can't get them after a week of being available, I think it's unacceptable from Starbucks to hype up the products and not be able to deliver, also if the item is not available there should be signage in the drive thru about it. This causes a huge line when you think you have your drink selection ready & when going to order you have to waste time rethinking of what drink you want when your at the microphone.

Great service from a barista named Dom! We forgot to ask for vanilla cold foam and was willing to pay extra for it but he made it in a friendly manner without asking for extra $ and he didn't make us feel like we made a mistake. Keep up the good work Dom!

Customer service was ok. My first time of trying Dragon fruit mango with lemonade, it was so fresh and yummy. So I decided to came back to have it again. This time I had the same drink, but the dragon chunks were so bad. They smelled bad and the texture were so weird like eating small pieces of rock sugar.

This is the worst Starbucks I've ever been to. The workers never understand what you're trying to order, and they are always rude. They mess up my order every time I go there and I had the worst Caramel Frappuccino of my life here, it tasted like water. I will never go back.

Let’s see. I did a mobile order i waited about 30 minutes give or take 5! When I ask the barrister, by the way her name is Rosie-and wow the attitude, this place used to be so friendly and nice!

Spacious place, but i still don’t feel that perfect ambience to stay and enjoy that relaxing break while enjoying your coffee. Somehow, i feel the need to rearrange the seats to maximize the space while keeping that relaxing ambience. Nevertheless, the staff are friendly and the place is kept clean.

Easy to access by car, busy but well staffed so the coffee comes quick, they have the nitro cold brew here which is fantastic.
