Kunal has worked with my family's phone plans for a long time, and he's always been super helpful, kind, and professional! He has always had our best interest in mind, keeping us up to date on deals to take advantage of or informing us if we're overpaying.He remembers your face and is super friendly! Whenever we have an issue, we skip the customer service hotline and go straight to this location because we know we'll get the best service and speedy help, as opposed to some of the phone customer service reps that often act like they're powerless to fix your issue.

It's no problem with freedom or their plans. It's more so the employee there at this location. I had a horrible experience there and he wanted to downgrade me and it felt like he was forcing me into a contract when I said I didn't want a contract. He was really pushy and than got really aggressive in his approach. My dad and I just told him no thanks and left after that point

Best service in Abbotsford. Salesman Akul Soni was happy to help us( my husband and I) and provided best customer service I could imagine. He helped to choose best plan with lots of data for a reasonable price and we upgraded our phones as well. (before we went to the Freedom mobile store at 7oaks mall and the salesman was rude to us and told us to get additional 1gb for $15 a month and check all the details online, saying don't you know how to check plans online?" But I am sorry I came to you for an advice!!!!!) Anyway

Half of their “plans” can not be adjusted in store. Customer service was not friendly & late opening the store. She did not apologize for opening late. There is not any wheelchair button for those of us with mobility aides. Not a disability friendly experience terrible tbh
