The staff got our order wrong at the drive through, we ended up being charged more than needed and getting drinks we didn’t order. The wait was very long. I got the new spicy whopper melt and it was terribly grilled. In the adverts it’s very clearly shown to be grilled but my sandwich arrived with one side barely grilled and one side not grilled at all. The onions were grey and tasteless, the jalapeños all placed in one area of the burger. My husband ordered a king bacon sandwich and it arrived cold with slightly undercooked bacon. The patties on both of our sandwiches were dry and tasteless.

Usually good food, fast service. Employees rarely wears masks properly if at all and I doubt hygene is a top priority since I found 2 long black hairs in my burger today. Very unpleasant, will unfortunately not be returning to this Burger King.

I have a mixture of feelings about this site. The lady who took our order was super nice and super patience while I was confirming with my two little ones what they wanted. Then one of the hamburgers we ordered came without cheese, the same lady solved the issue very quickly. Nevertheless two things killed me, the floor was dirty with napkins here and there and food, then what was really bad is that there was no water in the restrooms, which for me is un-acceptable for a restaurant.

I just started coming to this place one month ago. Since then I have been coming for at least 3 times a week. Every time I come, the service is magnificent. They make you feel home. I’m writing this review to thank HAKIM for the amazing job he does. He is super respectful and welcoming, customer service skills at their finest. Thank you so much for the great experience you province for us.

Besides missing the bacon we paid for in one whopper, but was remade properly, everything was great. Fresh and tasty, the only reason I remove a star is because of the staff.They were quite rude and seemed to want to rush but there was no one in the restaurant and no other cars at the drive thru. We had to ask the cashier twice for our drink that was right in front of her, she rushed to make us pay, and then to give our bag but not the drink.Bunless option was great and definitely one of the best presentation from a fast food joint.

I go to burger king a lot because I like their food. Today we went and we were told there was an incident in the restaurant and that they couldn't make burger patty's. We switched our order for chicken burgers. After being told there would be a 5 minute wait.. we were still waiting in the drive thru for another 20 minutes. When the order finally arrive, not one of the items that we ordered was in the bag. The poutine was missing, the burgers were not the ones we ordered. I asked to be reimbursed. The lady that came did not find the correct order and reimbursed me an amount of 28.82$. I was on my lunch break so I was in a rush and did not argue. When I came home to look at my original bill on my credit card the bill was for 29.87$. They did not even reimburse me the full amount. I will be avoiding this burger king from now on and go to the one on Taschereau.

I always have the crispy chicken burger with the onion rings in it and it never disappoints. Such an underrated restaurant. Way better than mcdonalds!

Their schedule is supposed to be until 10pm, we arrived at 9pm, they let us order but we couldn't eat in the restaurant. Very disappointing cause we went there to use the playground...
