My wife is an extremely visual person so it is difficult for her to visualize things without actually seeing them with her own eyes. Hayley was very communicative, and amazing at reassuring my wife and answering all of her questions promptly to make sure she didn't have to stress about any of the little things that materialize on the day of. When we were looking for a day of coordinator, our venue recommended Hayley from Plan It Right Events. I don't think we could have had anyone better - Hayley made our day PERFECT.When we first connected with Hayley, she had a call with us months in advance to just go through some main details. We had many questions leading up to the event and she replied clearly and promptly. Closer to the event, we had detailed calls with her - she got in touch with all of our vendors and made organized timelines and documents to share with us. We felt 100% confident that our day would run smoothly before it even happened.It did. With Hayley's help, our day went off without a hitch. As the bride, I had 0 stresses about vendors arriving on time or setting up properly. When we got into the day, Hayley was always there to let us know where to go or what to do. Hayley's day of coordination services are essential for any couple planning a wedding. Hayley is communicative, responsive, professional and an expert in the wedding industry. Our day was absolutely perfect, largely because of Hayley and Alex's coordination and expertise on the day. We didn't have to worry about anything which made us relaxed and able to enjoy it all. We booked Hayley as our day of planner/coordinator for our wedding day. From the very beginning she was always on the ball, keeping us on track for our planning deadlines. Due to COVID postponements, unfortunately Hayley was unable to be there on our special day, but she took the initiative to find us a replacement day-of coordinator to execute everything that Hayley put together. The transition between Hayley and our replacement coordinator was so seamless, and we were always treated as a #1 priority! I worked with Hayley to prepare for our September wedding, which included TWO ceremonies: a commitment ceremony and a Hindu ceremony. The most amazing experience with Hayley and her team! Our wedding at The Guild Inn Estate was yesterday and our experience was so wonderful, I needed to write this review as soon as possible! Hayley and her team are extremely good at what they do. They are very detail oriented, knowledgeable and efficient in preparing for an event. We felt taken care of all day and for the month leading up to our big day! Hayley answered all our questions, helped prepare our timeline and made sure all our vendors knew our day of plans, while also keeping us on schedule during the day! All the finer details were in good hands with her and any small issues that came up, she was ready to handle them immediately!
