We do like this library! You can find there a great and cozy atmosphere and friendly and helpful staff. Also, a printer and copy centre are available for a reasonable money, while kids can enjoy table games and millions of colourful books. It's clean, spacious and just a perfect place for reading, studying and enjoying the quite city public space.

Great little VPL library that is nestled in this small mall that is Champlain Square. The staff is very helpful and friendly, the facility is well lit, clean, organized, and surprisingly spacious. They even have a quiet room available for booking for meetings, or whatever activities brought forth by special interest groups.

It's been delightful to rediscover the VPL after a number of years! I love both the adult and the teen graphic novels sections! This branch in particilar is very spacious! There's books, movies, and video games for all ages! Highly recommended!

very nice and clean library, the staff are extremely nice and helpfulmake sure to wear slightly thicker clothing because the AC is a little strongAccess cards for wifi is apparently no longer necessary!

Clean, organized, and surprisingly spacious little library. Various places to sit at a communal table to do some studying. It's great to study in the conference room when it is not booked and opened for anyone to use. Library Wi-Fi available and decent Shaw Open Wi-Fi signal.

So I went for the first time here to print and scan docs. Don't ever ask the older lady with short hair and glasses by the window. She will scold you for asking questions. Lol. Not very helpful at all. Had not Metrotown library been closed temporarily, I will never step in this Champlain Heights library again. No wonder the computers are always available.The Asian man was very very accommodating and helpful though with everyone. He will even change your paper bills with coins.

Great local library with helpful staff.Gone are the antiquated days when one had to be quiet in the library. Go ahead make some noise, answer your cell phone, play a board game! Very interesting how things have changed at my public library!:)

Hands down my favorite library in the city. It may be smaller but the staff are all wonderful. Super friendly and happy to help. I take my 3 year old with me every week. It's her favorite place.
