The store has gone threw many changes since ownership changed from 'Tom's NoFrills'. There use to be more fresh Caribbean produce. I didn't notice any green bananas, plantain, Jamaica sweet potatos, good coco, dasheen (taro), white yam, breadfruit, roti skin in bags.There is lot of reasonable price items to buy and the fresh produce looks colourful.The store now has lot a steel bars around store front to slow down thief.

Choosing to have carts be locked with a loonie actively discourages people from using your store. Who carries a loonie ? You’re likely losing more money then you would from having the odd cart be stolen

Great selection of items at a (comparatively) good price. Most produce, dairy and meat selections are well stocked. Staff always willing to help me find things I need and cashiers are pretty quick. Sometimes I don't find specific items that I can find easily at other discount grocery stores.

I went at 9 am and it wasn't busy at all. The produce was well stocked and fresh. I think it's cheaper here than some of the other grocery stores. Staff is always helpful and nice. There's always a place to park.

Twice I've been there in the past 2 weeks for flashfood orders and twice they have screwed it up. I have had to go through the app for refunds. I will not order from this store again.

Great store! Always clean and well-kept. Products are generally what you'd expect in the aisles, produce is pretty good! One of the better NoFrills I've been to!

Average sized, clean, and well staffed. Excellent fresh produce for the price. Has a good sized fresh produce section, freezer & fridge, and plenty of shelf stable products. Range of brands is quite limited, with most No Frills, and stocks lower tier brands. Bag your own groceries.

Their stuff is fresh and well organized. However, I wish they'd have more variety in green vegetables! They have the basics, but instead of loose beets, maybe bags of beets, or some international vegetables, considering the entire new neighborhood demographics that have been constructed right behind them! Also, they don't keep varieties/ good quantities of Paneer, which is now so much in demand. Also, salad dressings and dipping sauces.Overall the place is well priced, staff is humble and know where things are kept, clean and tidy! The one thing I wish they have more is more diverse items from other cultures.
