Lexington Inn & Suites Windsor

We recently stayed here for 3 nights. The room was ok. It was spacious. The staff was fine.We were not expecting a lot as you get what you pay for.Each day we were there people were screaming and fighting in their rooms. Each night there was fighting and screaming. Doors slamming. We kept the door locked at all times.The hotel says it is non smoking but the smell of Marijuana would become so strong at times I worried our clothes were going to smell like it.We did not try their breakfast to be honest when we were out of our room we went straight out the door. It's a pretty sketchy place. I would recommend noone stay there with children.

Great value if you want to save a few bucks .. TV selection and size is limited but doable .. the place is a little tired but good for what we utilized it for. Applebees next door so there is a place for dinner nearby without a drive.

A good and affordable hotel at an extremely good position, close to 401, Costco, and a lot for shopping places. The rooms and amenities are a bit old and not too clean, but very specious. The service has been very good. The included breakfast was also simple but sufficient. Parking was included for us.

Very dirtyDo you see the other hotel right in front of you? Yeah that well let me tell you that it is 50x cleaner (and cheaper too!) I really wish i was making this stuff up but I'm not, both are a 2 star hotel and in my opinion this one is barely a 1 star, we saw the room and instantly left! worst hotel I've ever been to! not recommended.

The biggest problem I had was that there were two used bars of soap - on the sink and in the shower. When I asked at the desk for fresh soap they handed it to me no questions asked leading me to think this is not the first time. So much for their stated Covid and social distancing policies. The bedding was also questionable as to cleanliness. The desk staff did not ask me about my stay so I decided not to volunteer any suggestions for improvement personally.I would not recommend this place.

This is a bad one booked room 209 King suite for a week, On the 3rd night around 9:30 something caught my eye, it was a bed bug! started stripping the bed found a couple more, put one in a cup took it down to the front desk guy was not phased at all as if normal, it was late so gave me another room much smaller. Told the guy i want to speak to the manager he can call me in work, no call, the following day went to the front desk again asked for the manager but was not in. Explained to a different guy what had happened he said he knew nothing, i said please tell me you haven't given that room to someone else to which a blank stare came over him.In summary no one seemed to care about bed bugs manager never called will never stay there again!

We had a good stay for two days there. Its quite and warm. The rooms were spacious and so was the bathroom.It could have been a tid bit more cleaner.The breakfast consists bread, bagel, butter, jam, yogurt, apple, banana, juices.The guys at the front desk were quite and nice.It was a good decision to stay there for two days.

My husband checked out of this hotel today.He would never recommend it to anyone .BED BUGS in his bed . Gross, they moved him to a different room. Bed bugs were never mentioned to any staff cos they had no clue when he asked them if he was getting compensated for that night . No manager or owner contacted him at all. This is absolutely discusting . So please people be aware stay somewhere else . Obviously no one cares what state the hotel is in .So I think they could do with some publicity .And after reading other reviews from guests 7 or 8 months ago . Obviously NOTHING has been done . SHAMEFULL

This place is nice for what you pay for. It’s mostly clean, and from what I saw, no bedbugs. Which is amazing for Windsor. Lol. But there’s no elevator, so you have to walk up stairs. The room I stayed in was a single queen. Looked like they never vacuum under the couch, and they need outlet covers. They refill the hair care bottles, because my conditioner bottle was just shampoo all over again. But like I said, the price was great for a one night emergency stay.The room reminded me of a house that’s been flipped. Nice looking on the outside, just don’t look at it too closely.

Room not worth over 100 bucks a night.Black out curtain stained and has a burn mark on itCeiling fixtures had only one bulb in them.Multiple locations in room with peeling wallpaper.Repairs to bathroom ceiling needed.Tripping hazard in the bathroom with pipes coming out of the wall and looks like a capped drain on the floor.No room to plug in coffee maker or microwave without unplugging light or fridge, was no power bar.Shower curtain torn in many spots.Toilet handle was cracked.Tiles around hot tub cracked.Desk lamp is corroded.The do not disturb sign says to insert in lock, there is no spot to insert as the cards are not the swipe kind and try to hang it on the door in the condition it is in.
