Comox Pacific Express

First time our company has used Comox Express, and I can't say enough about the outstanding customer service we experienced with every interaction we had from initial estimate to delivery follow-up. You just don't experience this level of service and commitment from many freight companies. A critical delivery from Vancouver to Denman Island was flawless - I highly recommend Comox Express.

Their customer service is tremendous. The delivery person was so professional and kind. It was a pleasure working with this business and the pricing is very reasonable.

They may be a good option for the commercial operators but from the side of a receiver of a residential delivery, it was one of the worse delivery experiences I have had.They didn’t show up 3 times, even when I called ahead to confirm. I understand labour shortages and weather delays but no attempt was ever made to tell they are not coming. When they finally did show up, they dropped a skid on my front lawn despite the shipping contract clearly saying threshold delivery is paid for.These are hard times with sick calls and weather and I understand the challenges but the lack of communication, customer service is the issue. I get they are a commercial shipper and single residential deliveries will rarely be the top priority but I just had to say something.

Worst shipping company. Terrible service. Damaged my shipment, TWICE! Once by dragging it on the ground and another time by hitting it with a forklift. Hundreds of dollars worth of damage and absolutely no response from them on my complaints.

We had a great experience when Lou delivered our trampoline. Lou called in the morning before 8 to discuss the delivery and where we wanted him to leave it. It was 450lbs, it was a rainy day and we weren't going to be home but we also didn't want it left in the driveway. We exchanged cell numbers and had easy communication during the day, with an updated and accurate ETA. I came up with a plan for the delivery and Lou was happy to see it through. All in all, a great experience -- thanks Lou and Comox Pacific!

What a horrible courier. They take your goods and do accept responsibility for losing and ruining expensive items. BEWARE even with explicit instructions they FAIL. Cost me $600 in repairs to brand new parts. TOTAL FAIL

Just Read another review - confusing paperwork ? Not sure about that - if knowing where your shipping from and shipping too, and how big a thing your shipping is all the info that is required - confusing /?? - Rest of life must be a hell of a roller coaster for you !!! Comox are great, office friendly, warehouse staff always go the extra mile and guys and gals on the road always with a smile - Can highly recommend. [maybe add opening times to google page only complaint !]

Placed a pick-up request. The next day I discovered it was not picked up. I contacted their office, which said that they somehow mixed it up, and filed it away as complete;" however they said they would investigate and get back to me. I reiterated that I needed the pick-up

Really disappointed with this service. We had a shipment being delivered with this guys from Vancouver to Victoria, picked up on 19th Sept and just promises of it will be delivered tomorrow every time you call them and then nothing. It’s currently the 4th Oct and still no deliver. When you paid $300 for the service this absolute lack of customer care or service you paid for is frustrating to say the least.
