My brother needed a Cowboy hat and I was visiting Calgary from Montreal so I found Lammles. A little overwhelmed by all the choices but an amazing sales girl came to my rescue. She went above and beyond to make sure I got what I needed. Turns out her and my brother had the same size head so she even tried some hats on for me. If she wasn't a manager she should be!

I came here for a hat and jeans a few weeks ago, the gentleman working there was incredibly helpful and made what is normally a dreadful experience for me very fun. He found me the perfect jeans instantly despite the fact that I don't even know my size since I rarely ever buy them.

The store is very crowded with little room to move about and the stampede seasonal hires make for an awkward experience when jeans shopping. Good quality products, though!

I purchased a great pair of boots here. They didn't have my size so brought a pair in from another store. Customer service was questionable with so many staff members hanging out at cash. Had to ask for help, twice. Thanks to Joan stepping in all went well. Did not walk out with western shirt as there was no help in that department. Oh well...I got my boots.

Great selection and prices are fair; we got 2 pairs of boots. However at checkout one of the boots did not have packaging. We asked if they had a spare cardboard box around or anything to carry the $300 boots in as it was raining outside and they said they only had bags and they will give us one; we assumed this was free. They charged us $1.25 for a bag... after spending $550 in their store... Felt a bit nickle and dimed for something they should have provided complimentarily as they didn't have the box for those boots anymore and it was pouring rain outside... come on.

Absolutely disgusting behaviour by their sales associate Tracey. Very snippy and downright rude. Maybe she was having a bad day or has unresolved deeper issues but I watched her being rude to workers and very insulting to me, a paying customer. She should be working in the back if anything. I understand she’s a temp agency worker and won’t be there long. Good riddance. I can only imagine what it’s like working with her.

In Calgary for the Stampede and decided to get in the part by buying some western gear. This place has an awesome stock of just about anything you could need. It's not cheap and because of the stampede was packed with customers. Despite being run off their feet the staff were friendly and knowledgeable and our hats and boots certainly helped us blend in!
