Food is good, service is usually good. However I'd like to warn customers, if you're getting take out, ALWAYS check your bag to ensure you have everything you ordered. This has happened to me on many, many occasions throughout the years. If was only once I'd not mention it. But more than once, over YEARS! It's becomes a problem.

By far the worst McDonald's location. Everything from service to quality. Had a bacon n egg McMuffin and they only put 1 small strip of bacon.

waited at window over 15 mins for service. No one was at the window to even explain about the delay. Other than that, the food was hot.

Went tonight to pick up some meals for my sister's birthday dinner. There were some children" (young teens) acting like little demons. They were jumping over tables and throwing things at each other; using vulgar language. They were laughing and screaming loudly; wasn't a pleasant visit. They were just loitering; no food or drinks in sight. You couldn't even sit down to eat because they were just running around like obnoxious little beings. Do better McDonald's."

Just went there for coffee and muffin. The coffee was good and hot. The muffin was freshly baked. The only thing wrong was a bunch of men that were sitting in there at a table farther down from us. They were loud and swearing a lot. Didn't make for a relaxing time.

I have always had slow service at the sturgeon falls location but today was absolutely ridiculous.Front counter employee Dallas" took our order. She made the drinks and set them behind the counter. Didn't even put the 4 drinks in a tray. Our food sat under the heat lamp for 10 mins and she didn't bother to bag it for us. Instead she clocked out and didn't even bother to make sure the 5 people waiting on their orders had what they needed.13 mins had gone by and a manager started to bag our food.We were not the only ones waiting. There was a mobile order for 2 black coffees. She didn't even acknowledge the man who asked where it was. (she also never made his order before clocking out). Another man was waiting on a smoothie. She made it and set it behind the counter! Why not hand it to him?She was messing around and not even trying to get orders done. Clearly didn't care that everyone was waiting. We were there for almost 20 mins by the time we finally got out. This is a fast food chain. People go there when they want fast food."

Friendly people but it's the slowest service I have ever encountered anywhere, and that has never changed but has gotten a bit worse. Otherwise it's good.
