Wow!! I am very moved and touched by my recent experience with Benjamin Moore paints. I had recently made the painful decision to repaint the interior of my house. Painful, as the current colours in my house were chosen by my wife and I when we first purchased it. Adrienne and I met with Chris the owner of Fonthill Paint and Decorating Benjamin Moore store back in 2009. Sadly, I lost Adrienne 5 years ago after a 4 year long battle with cancer. My son and I went to back to the store to meet with Chris in early November to let him know the emotional decision we had made to repaint. Unbeknownst to me, Chris was moved by our situation and reached out to Benjamin Moore to relay our story. Benjamin Moore made an extremely generous offer to cover the cost of 6 gallons of paint. Benjamin Moore has contributed to our home by adding another layer of memories to our walls. A HUGE thank you to Chris at Fonthill Paint and Decorating Benjamin Moore store for making this process a bit easier and for the time and care he put into it. And thank you to Benjamin Moore for recognizing the heart of their customers.

Worse customer service ever. A man sat behind the glass for the entire time and offered very little in terms of what I needed. I asked a lot of questions only to get... whatever you choose will be fine.In the end I spent a lot of money only to turn around and have to buy more paint from somewhere else. The paint was not inexpensive either. If you are on a budget this is not where to go. Therefore having to go somewhere else for paint after this purchase was an expensive endeavor.Very disappointing. I will never go back here again. I went there because it was close and convenient.My enthusiasm to paint my home was deflated by this whole experience. Thanks for nothing.

The staff at Fonthill Paint & Decorating are attentive and pleasant. We have had this company do several painting jobs over the years at our home and business. We found the painter to be excellent. He was skilled, and kept the job site clean & tidy. The workmanship was superb, each job completed in a timely manner, and the job site was left clean, tidy & as was found at the start. Thanks for a great job, Sean!!

Kevin came out first and measured and gave us a quote. Wasn't but a couple of days and Sean came out and did a fantastic job with our bathroom and our statement wall down the stairs. Not only that he was the most personable guy. They are a great team and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone who asks.

Chris is tops. He helped me out big time. He is so knowledgeable. I would go to him any time when i need help with paint. He is a genuine person and lots of experience. He saved me on my project. He's got my vote if he was running for Prime Minister. Great guy

If you are looking for a fair price this is not the place to go!!! The same price for a can of paint at his store was $84.54 vs $69.99 at the Benjamin Moore dealer at 258 Merritt Street in St. Catharines. Just saying??? Same paint same colour.

I received awesome service today. I am renovating a bathroom and since we are not allowed into the store due to Covid. I telephoned them as I needed some guidance on what kind of paint is best to use. They were very helpful and also suggested some paint colour swatches which we can curbside pick up.

I've been there a few times over the past couple years getting paint and whatnot.. the last two times I've been there the staff have been cold and unhelpful. It seems like they barely want to answer your questions. Maybe they were just having a bad day?Since discovering there is a Benjamin Moore store in Welland I've since gone there. The staff are outstanding and the prices are about 10% cheaper for the exact same thing.

Almost no customer service at this location. There was a man behind the cash register who stayed seated the entire time we we're there until it was time to check out. When we ask for his help he basically didn't give us any except saying well whatever you choose I'm sure it'll be good"I would not go back to that shop if you paid me.To be clear I love Benjamin Moore paint but I will not be buying it from this location."

I have had Fonthill Paint and Decorating paint in my home three times now. They have been very quick to schedule, the painting has been meticulous, the painters have been very cooperative and pleasant. I have received good advice about the types of paint to use and have found this company overall to be extremely professional. The last painter I had in December was Nick and he was excellent. I have no hesitation recommending this company. Thanks for the great service!
