Honest, responsive, and professional, I can't recommend them highly enough. I had a leak in my TPO roof and Gena responded right away and came to have a look on the weekend. He diagnosed the problem immediately, and much to my relief it was just a leaking skylight which he explained how I could fix myself easily. He refused to accept a call out charge despite coming by on his weekend and climbing up on our icy roof. 10/10

That same night we received a comprehensive quote on the work to be done. At a time of year when the industry is at it's busiest, Gena took the time to listen and with confidence, schedule a timeline for the work to be done...all within a couple weeks of our first contact.Gena was very easy to work with. His team arrived when they said they would, they were very diligent in keeping the worksite clean and tidy and when they left, after two and a half days (half day 'rain delay'), you would have not known they were ever here...except for the nice, shiny new roof!Thank you Gena and you team for a painless experience...
