After my appointment I had errands to run, felt great, no sore feet, when i came home worked on removing some ice from driveway, when i was finished, my left foot not happy, did some exercises Mandy gave me, now it feels good. I am going to go walking this weekend (will do exercises before I go) so will see how that goes.

Mandy is incredible. Her customer service is excellent. She puts in an extra level of care, ensuring every step of the way is top tier. She is very intuitive. She was able to read that I like to relax and not talk during my massage. Even her movements around the room are gentle as she is very aware of her space and presences. I have had a few different styles of massage and I have been overly impressed with all of them. She has done massages that have been deeper issue, and others that have been more relaxing. She is my favourite in Regina and I highly recommend her.

Went to see Mandy for a lymphatic drainage massages. It was fabulous, clean, relaxing. She made me fell welcome and comfortable. Walked me through it and then made sure that if I had questions she would help to answer them. I would recommend and return.
