Our wood fireplace was recently converted to a gas fireplace by Fire It Up Fireplaces & BBQs. They did an excellent job. Great sales, installation & after sales service. We are extremely happy with our new fireplace and strongly recommend Fire it Up. Kudos to the owner and staff at Fire It Up!

New fireplace insert just installed by Fire it Up Fireplace. Excellent service from start to finish. No pressure sales. Competitive pricing. Brian was knowledgeable and patiently explained the workings of fireplace inserts and options. JP Bedford of Bedford heating provided expert installation. He too thoroughly explained the functioning of the insert. Job was done in a few hours with little to no cleanup for us. Would highly recommend this company.

Brian and his crew were very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. Brian helped us select the fireplace that suited our needs and the size of our room. His crew who prepped the existing wood fireplace and installed the gas model were knowledgeable, experienced and did a great job. We would not hesitate to recommend them to install and fire up your new gas fireplace !

The service was friendly and competent - no overselling. We selected a fireplace insert, and set a date. JP arrived to take out the old one, and insert the new one. No mess, no fuss. Very happy with the much more modern product, having a remote is great!

Had a new insert done in the gas fireplace, excellent customer service from the time we walked into the show room..supporting our community is very important. Very professional service from the time they came to take out the old insert and gave recommendations and did some extra services. The installers were just as professional and so courteous. Nice to see such nice people who enjoy their jobs. Thank you to all the wonderful owners and all their team.

We recently replaced a 25-year old gas fireplace with a new one, which required extra work to bring it up to current building code. Very knowledgeable, friendly staff who worked to meet our needs. They carefully explained our options, what was necessary and why. Every aspect from sales through installation very professionally done. We highly recommend.

Excellent experience working with Brian. He was extremely helpful and responsive. He talked us out of a more expensive model that would have been too big for our space. Installation went swiftly and well. In addition, he connected me with other pros to help with the surround/electrical/HVAC. Would definitely recommend.
