I was referred to this store from Mark's clareview to complete a set of gloves order. Good customer service and knowledgeable staff. I went on a Saturday and I was surprise the store is not that busy, I guess this could be due to size of the store which is on a smaller size compare to other Mark's stores in Edmonton and also the selection of footwear and jackets are limited.A very good location I must confess.

Just wanted to leave a review,I don’t usually but I was so impressed buy the service I got from Rahel I thought I would take the time to comment, Went in to get some work boots she was very helpful/attentive and made sure I left with a pair that was right for me! Thank again for the great service!

It would be beneficial to have more staff working. It was very tempting to just walk out with product as no one was manning the cash for several minutes while there was a lineup.

Nice store - little on the small side. Good sales and deals. Staff was efficient, friendly and helpful. Unlike the Sherwood Park location, they actually know their own corporate rules.

I went in to look for a pair of boots that were on sale. Knowing that this was a hot item, and taking into factor a pandemic would create possible staffing issues and stock issues, I kind this location in great shape. That staff were all busy at the register, so I waited in line to ask about the product. Not only were they all plainer friendly people, they offered to discuss the item, even though they had none in stock. I decided to purchase, and they helped with that transaction and it’s being shipped to my door! I will be back here for my next purchase for sure!

Just wanted to leave a review, was very happy with the service and I just wanted to thank Mandy the store manager with helping me with a pair of boots I had bought from Marks that had a defect! I always try and shop at this Mark‘s because it’s local for me it is smaller but they usually hav what i need,and we should always support the smaller local stores or they won’t be there for us!

Found the service rep rude, standing by the front counter doing nothing. All I wanted was to exchange the pair of shoes, but it was too much of a trouble for her to go and get me a proper size. However, I emphasize to her to get me a right size. Store was empty and not busy. Very poor customer service and needs to improve the skills. As soon as I walked in she questioned me about what I wanted. Give me a break. I am not the type to wonder around the store and not a thief either.
