I brought (left) my Ulterra trolling motor in for repair as it had a grinding sound in the motor. I needed it back about a week later and Tammy said that would be no problem. Well, Tyler was able to quickly identify the issue and have the problem resolved within a day or two. This was awesome because my next choice was a competitor that wouldn't be able to see my trolling motor for at least two weeks.I used it flawlessly for a day on the water but when it came to stowing my Ulterra it would not stow in the proper position. I called Rockey's, today, (just before closing) and got ahold of Tammy and she said to give her a call back in the morning to see when I could get an appointment. In the mean time, she must have spoken to Tyler, because not more than 10 minutes later I got a call from Tyler saying this is an easy fix. He walked me through what needed to be done and voila, my trolling motor is fully functional now. Special thanks to Tammy and Tyler for the awesome customer service. Spoke to Tammy on the phone who was professional and courteous. The arm assembly for my Pflueger Supreme XT 35 broke and was pleased to hear it was in stock. Ordered on Tuesday with Tammy and received new replacement on Friday. Definitely pleased with the fast service and replacement part was exactly like the original. Will definitely buy products and/or services from Rockey's in the future. Very satisfied with my experience and no one would ever know the arm assembly on my reel was replaced.

Rockeys is amazing! They have a bewildering amount of fishing reel, scotty and trolling parts. Great service. My old scotty electric downrigger is ready for ice out.

I've never had a warranty issue that i can say i enjoyed until today lolTyler provided incredible service, literally rebuilt the entire motor while i waited. Had no problem with me watching so i could see how everything worked and even showed me the issues and the condition of the old components coming out vs new ones going in. Pretty happy the ultrex imploded just before end of warranty... Now i have a new one :)

I had a warranty issue with an okuma fishing rod, and these guys were beyond helpful!

I bought a New Minn Kota trolling motor which I had shipped down from Sudbury. The day I installed it and tried to turn it on for the first time it sounded like a rocket engine taking off. I was distraught. Brought it to Rockey’s in orillia and I expected it to be done within two weeks, they called me 10 minutes after I left and had already fixed the issue. Tammy is amazing and I think the service guy Tyler had it figured out in seconds. Can’t say enough good about this place!

Needed a part for my centerpin and this was the only shop that carried it. They ordered it promptly and called to inform me it was in when they said it would be! Great service!

Where do I start? I've been here twice now to get my Minnkota trolling motor fixed, and Tammy and the techs have been beyond awesome. If you ever want to know what 'old school' service and businesses were like, with all their professionalism, courtesy, and amazing service, then you have to go to Rockey's Tackle Service.This place is a diamond in the rough.
