This truly is a Genius Pub!!! My partner and I decided to have an early dinner here after a great day date at the AGO. From the moment we walked in and sat down close to the bar to the time we left it was nothing but an amazing experience!!The decor is very English and the staff is kind, courteous and polite. They took our drink orders and promptly brought them to us less then 4 minutes later.We both ordered Fish & Chips and can say with confidence its probably the best Fish&Chips we've had in Toronto. The coleslaw was a perfect balance of flavour not overpowered by too much cream (which it normally a common mistake in most places). The fries were cut to the perfect thickness with a slightly salted crunch on the outside and soft centre.The homemade tarter sauce was a perfect balance and the battered fish was outstanding! Normally after Fish&Chips I feel guilty due to the grease but this left no guilt behind!! It was light, crunchy, well seasoned and the fish just melted in your mouth. Not only was is pure perfection but it wasn't even a long wait after ordering. We each had 2 beers with our order and were out of there 40 minutes after arrivalI can't wait to have another meal here again, I was going to take a picture of our order but honestly by the time I remembered my plate was clean, maybe next time.I would 100% recommend this place!!!

Great experience! Our waitress, Ileana from Lithuania, was a lot of fun and we had a great time. Wonderful beer selection, and excellent food. The atmosphere can’t be beat.

My favorite pub in downtown. Pastas and tacos are delicious. Everything is cheaper than others. I always enjoy the vibes and foods here. Not too loud and clean. And staffs are so nice and friendly. There're clean washrooms and parking lot.

Nice little pub. The staff were very friendly. We were seated by the open-air windows. Lovely for people watching. We had the pulled pork flatbread and the chicken sandwich (hand cut fries were yummy). Drink menu was quite big. All in all, a great spot!

This is an excellent pub. I've been here a number of times and each visit it great. It has a lot of charm, with walls covered by portraits of scholars, artists, and the like. It's a good mix of people, as no one demographic flocks there, everyone does. My last time there, the server was exceptionally kind and attentive. It's always a great place to go for a drink or some pub grub". Strong recommend from me."

One of the best pubs for vibes, drinks, and good eats. The salmon burger was delicious, and the sausage and mash was so good.Also a great selection of draft beers.

This place has a lot of potential. I hope the owners read this review and take it as constructive criticism.Clean your glasses well!!!The food is not good. Yes, even for simple pub food, it's very plain and not worth the money nor the calories.Service, was absolutely fantastic. Cheers to Fred! Wonderful young man, was very attentive.Great location and atmosphere.Not sure I'll be back unless the food and cleanliness improves.
