Vince's Hairstyling & Barber

I moved away a few years ago, but was in Toronto on business and needed a haircut so I drove from downtown to get a haircut from Vince, but he was away. His son was cutting hair instead. He was a fine young gentleman barber and was quick and did a fantastic job.

Vince is the man. And he is teaching his son all the tricks.

Good experience. My hair and beard was $35 incl tax. He did a good job and the customer service is good.

Good haircut. Very reasonable price. No complaints whatsoever.

NOT GOING TO BE A RETURNING CUSTOMER! FIRST TIME AND THE LAST!!!Would have tipped anyways but they took it forcefully blaming me.I was served by the new hairdresser. He was taking his time with the job which is understandable.They were using a TERRIBLE hair clipper that would feel like a cat who is constantly scratching you. I didn't want to be a difficult customer so I stayed quiet.I asked the new barber to make the sides a bit smaller and then said even smaller to match the top. And when it came to pay my bills. I was charged 20 dollars which is more than their usual rates. I paid up no problem.I politely asked for their pricing list for future reference and that's when the main barber (the owner) said that I asked my sides to be shorter and that took the new guy 30 minutes (wasn't really nearly 30 minutes, and mind you the new guy was VERY SLOW to begin with). Said that there is no price list for their services.Basically, he took tip. Without informing the customer. Blamed the customer for the new barber for taking time for a straight up haircut.

Owner is very rude and takes extra money forcefully from customers. Previous reviews are accurate.Went there because it had a good review. Maybe the place was good back in the days. Not anymore.

I used to go here since I was very young and it’s been over 20 years. I doubt my review will be read.Vince has gotten very old. It’s effected a lot, His son has begun to help and has a way to go. Personally, I don’t think I’ll be returning and will begin to transition to a new barber.My hair was cut too short, and instructions were not followed. Their feedback is that it looks good, when it doesn’t nor is the look what I wanted. It’s the first time but I can read the writing on the wall.When that’s their stance - I believe it’s time to find a better more modern barber. To each their own, but my time with this barber is done. End of an era.

I have been here several times now, the service is quick and efficient. Vince is a great barber and at only $14 per cut it is a great deal. This is now my barbershop.

I went to other hairdresser before here at Vince's just bcz I had an appointment I saw Vince's shop when I was reaching to that not at all experienced barber she was literally cutting my hair with a trimmer wherever she wanted I stopped in between before things get worse told her to not to do this anymore and on my way back thank god I saw Vince's and went in told him everything he literally made it best and top of all I had a interview just day after.... OH MY GOD DANIEL YOU SAVED MY DAY YOU'RE THE BEST .....
