Very helpful to new hot tub buyers. They spent the time needed to see what tub fits us best as a family. Matt was informative to educate on the basics of tub ownership. Matt installed the electronics and was quick and cost effective. He took the time to educate us on how to treat the water properly and how to use the hot tub. Overall a great experience and I would highly recommend you check out their showroom!

I had an unplanned hot tub malfunction. I felt it was one of my pumps. With cold weather coming in, I called looking for some help. Tanya was able to send Matt over same day and Matt diagnosed and fixed my problems.As a business owner in retail, I am very satisfied with their service and recommend giving them a shot with your hot tub purchase or service needs.

Hot tub broke, over 6 months ago not even a year old at this point. Called this shopMultiple times to get it fixed Matt the owner just chose to ignore all my messages and calls so I went else where to get my hot tub fixed. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone.

Matt & Tanya are great to work with. They are responsive & knowledgable. We bought a zaltana model and have had it for 5 months and really enjoy it. We've also used Matt to repair an older hot tub we have and were happy with the work he did. Would recommend!

Very helpful and super knowledgeable. My tub was delivered ahead of schedule and Matt took the extra time to make sure everything was setup perfectly. The tub has been fantastic with zero issues. They stock all necessary chemicals and extras, very convenient. Oh, they also have other backyard goodies. Patio furniture, fire pits and BBQs. We will be back!
