Just went here with my mom we asked for a strawberry creamy chill, and a French vanilla cappuccino. After we payed the Young cashier said I don't know how to make that under her breath while walking away. We were given a regular cappuccino with the cashier loudy saying I don't know who orders this, but I'm never making it again in a nasty tone. Wont come back here again.

Yesterday March 31/23. I used the drive thru. I ordered a sub. two Cheese Croissants & a large frozen lemonade. Last night I ate one of the Croissants. It was BURNT ON BOTH SIDES & so was the other one. They knew they were BURNT and sold them anyway.

Its a nice and the last tim Horton before US canada border. If you need to use the washroom ask the key from cashier as the washrooms are locked

I pulled up at Tims to get a coffee today, And the overnight staff there was really rude, because we just pulled up and was in front of takeout microphone, we just said ‘hello’ and they were like, “we have a sensor there, we know when a car pull up there so no need to say hello, we just have one people working here” which i think is wrong bcoz then the second person came up to the pick up window and said the same thing again, that means there were two people in there , it was very rude. Worst experience ever.. it felt like they were Trying to get out work pressure/frustration of there’s on us..

The staff here is extremely rude. We have experienced numerous incidents. Today, during the evening shift, the cashier approached us to take our order. However, as we began giving our order, she abruptly walked away to have a conversation with her co-worker. This was highly disrespectful, and this exact incident has occurred twice in two days, involving the same person at the same time. It would be appreciated if they learned how to respect customers. If the staff is busy or unable to take our order, or if there is a serious issue, they should ask us to wait. We completely understand the challenges faced by employees and are willing to wait, but interrupting someone and walking away is extremely rude or clearly shows that you are disrespecting the person.

I was in a drive-thru tonight and the overnight team was very very rude to us. I think they must atleast be taught how to be polite with customers. Felt like they were taking their frustration out on us.

The first time i went there, an elder women said “hello” at cash as no one was helping her for a long while and the employee yelled at her and practically cussed her out, the second time i was there they were cussing at customers through drive through and inside the store. I was very shocked and will not go back, it is always the evening shift.

They forgot the chicken on my chicken bacon ranch wrap, asked for no tomatoes and got them anyways. On a $7 wrap i expect more than two pieces of bacon and some tomato. Guy on window is high or something. Slowest service I’ve ever experienced.

They are generally very good the food, and drinks are very good for Tim's quality.Generally the tim hortons staff are polite, and fairly quiet. They are slightly rude sometimes to people depending on the situation.
