Pharmacy staff here are fantastic, always helpful. Does get busy in there sometimes but they do their best to get to you as quick as they can and answer any questions I might have. They have been great with kiddo when giving vaccinations. She absolutely hates them

I asked an employee for help as I was desperate to find something specific for my child’s cold. I had been looking for 20 minutes. This employee told me I was looking in the right aisle and to keep looking as she continued to stand there chatting with her fellow co-worker. Nothing annoys me more. I wish I caught her name. One employee gave your store a 1 star. It’s a shame. I eventually found the item… on my own.

I used to patronize Shoppers quite frequently, but due to them insisting that you have to use self checkout, I will no longer be shopping there. The staff preferred to walk me to a self checkout, past the checkout, were condescending when I asked why I had to use it vs. being rung through a regular checkout. That's not customer service in my opinion. Your prices go up and your service is less. No thanks.

Rude staff. Annoyance was apparent when we had trouble at the self checkout. When the ask for help" notice was activated we could hear her verbal annoyed responce. She showed her irritation punching the buttons on the machine. Some training on customer service much needed here."

I have gone in several times and one employee has always been exceptionally rude and unhelpful. Yesterday I came in with a question to which she replied Well what do you want me to do about it? " And proceeds to walk away.After the 1st incident
