Absolutely love the shopping experience with Lori. From walking into her beautiful store you get a sense of such beautiful fashion style and taste and service that is beyond caring and personal! I feel so happy that I found Loulous and her wonderful staff. I’m addicted!!! It’s a gem and the only place I like to shop for myself, my daughters and my mother!!! Such a wonderful experience!!!

My FAVE local shop with the best clothing (literally my whole wardrobe is from here because Lori has the most incredible taste:) Her items are gorgeous quality and at a great price point. The staff is always so helpful and welcoming. I find that when I shop here I end up chatting with Lori's awesome clients as well. I have been shopping here for yeeeeears, and I feel so at home at Lou Lou's. I love that Lori and her staff are so connected with their clients and love that they're dog friendly as well.

What a wonderful experience! As a young person, the clothing here is super cute and up-to-date. The pieces you can find here are so beautiful and unique, while very stylish and in-touch.The interior is so refreshingly designed and the dressing rooms are a luxurious experience of their own.The owner is so sweet and kind. It was a pleasure to visit this Loulou Boutique and an all-round wonderful experience.

Came by a few months back but absolutely loved my experience here! picked up some adorable sweaters, a cute mini-skirt, and a lovely dress. Can't wait to go back! the owner was so personable and fun, really enjoyed my time here

Loulou Boutique is absolutely amazing with their efforts in doing live events through Covid! They deliver and ship for free and are #1 with customer service and so kind. I bought this really cute tanned pink martini track suit. I am 7 months pregnant so it’s perfect to slip on and it’s so soft & comfortable! Totally recommend this boutique, I always find something I love.

Had a rather odd experience today. Came in with a friend because she liked the shirt displayed at the window. After a bit of walking around, we figured that the clothing was a little out of budget for us so we decided to come back another time. The clothing was nice and very good quality though. However, as my friend held the door for me as we left, she told me the receptionist gave her a weird look and a what are you doing" hand gesture as she held the door. She was incredibly anxious afterwards and told me that she was afraid she had done something wrong. I personally don't think she/we did anything wrong

Worst and rudest experience in a small town boutique. Worked in small retail shops for many years, even managed some across the small main streets across York region……and never would ignore or disrespect clientele coming in. This loud and tacky owner was too focused on bragging about her upcoming trip to Greece and shoving overly priced ugly maxi dresses at a poor woman whilst three other customers were in the shop…. completely invisible and unattended.A lady came in with her dog and that was the extent of my greeting. The owner brushed past me to speak to clearly one of her friends and when I went to ask if they had anymore sizes in the back she ignored me. I told her friend as I was leaving this was the worst experience and glad she had friends with heavy pocket books to cover her “hobby shop”.Very sad I was looking forward to finding a local shop to support, but sadly this will not be it. Makes anyone walking in feel uncomfortable and excluded.So sad Markham Main St…. Do better.

Best secret about Lou Lou is Patricia I find her delightful . When I walk in the door I am always greeted by my first name and a smile. She has figured out my style and always picks out things that match my previous purchases . Great memory !
