Outstanding, helpful staff, and a clean, well run facility. This is a year round shelter for the homeless in Tricities. The organization offers During winter mos they provide additional (dorm) beds and unlike many similar shelters, they also offer private rooms and permit clients to bring their pets.

Called for a bed. Was told Must go through BC housing. I am with BC housing on the waiting list. So I asked for his name for when I call BC housing during business hours, and he hung up on me. Now I have to sleep outside and it’s raining. Is there not something wrong with this system? This guy needs to be fired, fit the way he talked to me and then Hanged up the phone when I requested his name. I’m calling BC housing first minute they open and letting them know. Treat us like dirt

This is not a homeless shelter. They turn people away. The transitional housing is a joke... does anyone even have a plan to get back on their feet. They don't plan on leaving ever..... I'm sure a two year plan sounds good but making it happen is another story.

Those poor people, this place has really let down there residents with inconsistent care and concern. Some of the staff are very good at what they do, others should be offered new careers in different areas that suit them better

It is disgusting. So many germs and people that don't clean up after themselves. What good is a homeless shelter that won't help the homeless? Bad turnover
