Rude staffs and Manager, Give me very bad feeling !

this is for caribo locationmis Jay ,,honlyboy ,, rude ,, selfish ,, incompetent as a manager,3 fact ,,hear me out deat Gm ,, my name is dario ,,my wife has account with you folks ,,i came few months back bought stuff as my wife ordered me to get ,came , got all the thing needed left same lady Jay helped me last purchase . she even gave me free hair vax for me ,,no charge .today ,,i went inside as usual asked what i need and gave account no and all,,she replied ,, oh you are not added to the account ,, i asked how come i came here last time and you helped me ,, she loughed and acted like i m stupid or some how made me feel bad ,,she asked to leave the store,,iasked again why cant you answer my question ,, im in the same kind of business ,, i asked her name to talk to above managment ,,3 times iasked why wouldnt you answer my question ,,she did not ,,as she said im the floor manager leavethe store ,,this lady ,she isrude ,,andwith act of rudness it made her ugly as hell ,,i dont care how this business runs ,,but clearly someone should be resonsible .. 2 other nice ladys were there beside her ,, she is rude ,, i dont know may be she has issue at home but talking the way she did is unacceptible .in any business ,, enven if its my business ,, i say evena customer is wrong it always right ,, no matter what ,, with politeness . and professional manner she could have talked to me .

I always have experienced the best service in store or by my sales rep. Regardless if I make a purchase , large or small or just inquiring about a product. Always professional and friendly.

Awesome Place great products some of the best Indie and boutique lines as well as awesome five star education until they bring in at their own expense. I love this place I wish we had one close to where I live in the states

this is my favorite west coast store because of the manager, amber. she rings me up quickly, is always on the lookout for the specials. many other west coasts have slow chicks working there, sometimes things will be on sale and they wont even notice or care......i prefer amber's store for these reasons.
