We are very happy that Peak Improvements did our renovation project. Chris kept the project on track, always kept us updated and was open to the many questions we had during the project. The trades were very meticulous and professional. They arrived when they were expected. The timelines were followed and the work was completed as expected. We definitely would recommend Peak Improvements and would use them again.

Peak came recommended by friends who had a great experience with their renovation. We chose Peak after getting a formal quote that both guaranteed the price and the finish date. They came in exactly on price and were actually done earlier than they promised. Our research showed this is rarely if ever the case with other contractors. It was a much better experience than I imagined, given all the horror stories our friends and families related to us. The quality of the work was excellent, the project went very smooth and Peak stands by their work and just as importantly the work of their contractors. Rick, Chris, Holly, and Brock and Kari were great to deal with, they were professional and straightforward to deal with at all times, responsive to our requests and concerns. If knowing what it will cost and when it will be finished are important to you, then Peak is the right choice.

I found them googling townhouse condo renovations" and tried seeing if i could get a quote to reno my townhouse so I can sell it. They brushed me off and said good luck. They seem to only be interested in doing mansions. They arent here to help regular people

The renovations to our condo are complete. We decided to do major upgrades to our suite, including floor, ceiling, baseboards and trim, new bathrooms, new fireplace, etc., such that we moved out while it was done. As well as doing this upgrade, we asked them to change some things like closet doors, and some minor repairs to kitchen sink, bathtub, etc., we had shelves built in the living room. Peak Improvements was extremely professional through the whole process. They spent a lot of time gaining accurate estimates from all the trades and a time frame to get the work done. The finished product is so beautiful. Exactly what we had contracted for. We are really thrilled with it. We went to last years Reno show for the purpose of checking out companies to do this work. We happened upon the Peak Improvements booth first and after we spoke with Rick and other staff we felt so confident in Peak that we left the show and did not speak with anyone else and we don't regret it at all!

We purchased a 25-year old very tired condo that was desperately in need of a facelift. Rick, Chris, Paul and Gail did a fabulous job of redesigning our kitchen and master bathroom as well as updating our fireplace and a general facelift/paint and flooring. They did an awesome job, they kept us in the loop all the while and came in right on time and on budget. An experience we had been dreading turned out to be absolutely terrific.
