Great experience overall. Staff were friendly and helpful, they were able to assist me in getting a new washer & dryer delivered very quickly whereas it would have been 2+ weeks elsewhere and I needed them ASAP (they delivered the same day - I was shocked!). I also had an issue with my washer and they were extremely helpful and had the issue quickly resolved. Highly recommend!

Purchased a fridge today and customer service was great. We arrived, paid and had it loaded in less than 30 minutes. The woman working was super helpful and offered great tips for us to load with ease(she helped too…not a slouch!) we will definitely be back when our properties need appliance upgrades! Great deals.

I recently purchased two ACs from here. Both were great but one ended up having a deficiency. Without question, they told me to come back and swapped me for another one immediately. I dealt with Satwant directly, and she was amazing! Thanks for the good service.

Found a brand new but scratch & dent fridge here that was about $700 cheaper than brand new at the big box store. Exact model we were looking for. Fast friendly service. Delivery, set up, and haul away the old fridge was very fast & professional. Would definitely recommend.

Bought a “brand new” Samsung washer and dryer from Husky Appliances and the experience wasn’t great. We are told the units are brand new but when we brought the machines home you could tell they are not. When I brought the washer home and opened the lid there was a little bit of water inside. A brand-new unit should not have water inside. The only reason I can think of is they run the machines when they take them in as scratch and dent units to see if they run. Secondly, I went to switch the way the dryer door opens and the bracket that holds the door in place fell in. This should never happen unless the dryer door was previously tampered with. The dryer door was missing two screws that hold the bracket in place and that is what caused the bracket to fall. When I called Husky Appliances to rectify this issue, they told me it was my fault that the bracket fell in and they would have to charge me $100 to get the door back on. I went on YouTube and searched the model I got and saw how simple the door is to reverse, this should have never happened. After Husky Appliances sent a repair guy, he did not tighten down the door bolt because he stripped it. I can go on forever with the bad experience I had but hopefully this helps anyone that is going to buy any appliance from here. Very good customer service. Lady is so good and intelligent. She goes out of her way to help her customers. We purchased all our appliances from her.If you want a good warranty, pls go and purchase all your appliances from them and see how good of customer service they provide. I would give them 10 stars for their excellent customer service support.

These people are v professional and very accomodating, we purchaded 2 kitchen stoves at v reasonable prices and delivered same day .Called after one week that we may need to return or ex change one with gas as there is connection problem in basement kitchen. Answer wS no problem, u can do anytime. What a customer service!highly recommend everyone to go to store . Best !
