After our initial meeting with Lynn, we knew that LFW would be the best fit for us. Her excitement and enthusiasm is what drew our attention to this team.Planning a destination wedding does not sound easy but we had the privilege to work with Jody; who is not just an expert in the wedding industry, but a great friend. We looked forward to our meetings and always knew we could count on her to make our visions come to life. She took the time to understand exactly what we wanted and got every single detail bang on. From our production schedule, to vendor recommendations and coordination, to florals and decor… everything was designed and executed perfectly.Right before I walked down the aisle, I stepped on my dress leaving a mud stain at the bottom. Right after the ceremony was finished, I saw Jody waiting for me with a glass of club soda and she literally sat down and began to scrub my dress! She’s literally ready for anything!As someone who stresses over EVERYTHING and witnessed some of my family members go through so much stress while planning their wedding, I expected the planning process to be difficult. I can honestly say that I had so much fun! Jody made the whole process so easy, which allowed my husband and I to sit back, relax, and enjoy every bit of it. I cannot say enough amazing things about LWF, but specifically Jody McBeath who was our Coordinator. Planning a wedding during COVID was not easy, and there were many ups and downs along the way, but throughout the entire process Jody made sure to check-in with me to see how I was doing, and kept me updated the moment any news/policies changed. She was so reassuring and kept me calm, even when things looked so grim. I can’t emphasize enough how crucial of a role Jody played in making sure our day went perfectly, which by the way it did!! If you’re wavering on hiring a planner – just DO IT and thank me later. Jody thought of everything and then some, and made sure that nothing went overlooked to bring our day together. I’ve heard so many horror stories about wedding planners trying to upsell you on un-necessary items or charging extra for weird/unneccessary things, but never once did Jody try and do any of that. In fact, I truly felt like she was trying her hardest to save us money and cut costs where we could. Our wedding budget was not unlimited nor was it as large as some of the weddings LWF plans, but never once did this matter to Jody and she worked her hardest to make our day picture perfect even with our budget. She setup our venue perfectly, everything ran seamlessly, and I trusted the entire time that if anything went wrong shewas more than capable of handling it. The best part – her and the LWF team handled tear down, which let me tell you was worth every penny. You do NOT want to worry about clean-up the day after your wedding. Jody truly was like myfairy godmother the entire time, bringing together all my pinterst wedding dreams and ensured it was executed perfectly. I truly cannot thank Jody and the LWF team enough!!!!

We cannot say enough good things about Lynn Fletcher and her team that could do any justice to LFW’s incredible vision, strengths and execution.From the moment we started interviewing wedding planners, Lynn got us extremely excited for our big weekend and helped us figure out precisely what we wanted to focus on for our weekend. We knew Lynn was the preeminent wedding planner in the region, but now that we’ve had the chance to work with her and her team, we clearly understand why.Lynn was able to pull out and execute (perfectly) on our vision from 4,000km away, planning the entire wedding for us on a complete-remote basis from New York City. We put extreme trust in her and her team, and she worked with all of her and our vendors and the venue at the Banff Springs Hotel to seamlessly to build and then run our dream wedding. Even though we had a very detailed idea of everything we chose, seeing the weekend come together under Lynn’s direction was truly a sight to behold. We didn’t think we were going to be surprised with all the detail and planning after spending time picking and choosing every element (with Lynn’s help), but wow we were (and still are) blown away. One reveal after another, it was a weekend of euphoria and pure satisfaction with how everything went.Our day-of experience was incredible and stress free. In fact, with Lynn and her team’s shepherding (which itself was impressive given all the work behind the scenes to set up for the weekend and events), our entire wedding ran AHEAD of schedule. Our 15 person bridal party and every one of the dozens of vendors working on our weekend were on cue and running like clockwork. The quality and sophistication of Lynn’s production made our weekend absolutely stress free, and above all, our wedding weekend was one we could deeply enjoy with our friends and family. Above all, we had a very detailed plan, vendors coming in from across North America (our band and entertainment crew from Los Angeles, and officiant from Philadelphia) and had a very technically complex weekend planned… however, Lynn handled everything like a breeze with the utmost of professionalism and class. Nothing was missed (and we mean literally nothing).We’ve read many reviews of LFW and there are so many nice things to be said of Lynn and her team. It is an absolute pleasure to add our voice and recommendation to the many other happy couples, and we have zero hesitation giving LFW an unqualified five-star rating. We wish we could even add bonus stars, because they would be well-deserved.

Jody is the Fairy godmother that bippity-boopity-booped all over! A week and a half later I am still tearing up over how beautiful and perfect the day was. I was nervous to plan a distance wedding but knew that LFW would be, without a doubt, the right choice for us. After chatting with Lynn about our vision she was able to give us an accurate expectation of the day and made us feel confident in our decisions. From there our planner Jody made it fun and easy - from her quick communications, guidance with the various vendors, and happy but calming nature right down to all the fine details that I'm sure we will never know the full extent of. I can't speak highly enough about the team at Lynn Fletcher Weddings and more specifically Jody McBeath for all the hard work to help create a magical wedding weekend at The Crossing Resort in the Rockies. From our initial meeting to the wedding day, Jody and her team went above and beyond to make the process stress-free and enjoyable. Not only did Jody bring our vision to life, but it was better than we could have imagined thanks to her unique suggestions and attention to detail. As someone who has trouble making decisions (and weddings require ALOT of decisions), Jody was patient, responded to a trillion emails/texts and always helped me land on something that I loved. LFW also suggested and worked with great vendors, handled coordination between them so we didn't have to, which was a huge load off our shoulders. Finally, when the weather in the Rockie started to turn leading up to our wedding day, plan-B was already in place before I could ask what we should do (the weather gods did shine down on us after all though, ya!). When I walked into the tent on the day of our wedding I was overwhelmed with emotion and is a feeling that will stay with me forever. Jody was AMAZING from start to finish and made the day go by SO smoothly-and she kept me organized and focused for the entire year we worked with her. When I had contracts fall through she gave a ton of recommendations, when I was super nervous she legitimately calmed me down right before I walked down the aisle, and her team was on top of everything from start to finish. I had an alterations disaster with my dress literally five days before the wedding and texted Jody at 10:30 at night. IMMEDIATELY she got back to me with a bunch of suggestions from her team. Our guests had a fantastic time and a lot of people told us it was the best wedding they'd ever been to! I cannot recommend LFW enough. Everyone went above and beyond what I expected a wedding planner could do. Thank you so, so much for making our day so great!

I can not speak highly enough about our experience with Lynn Fletcher Weddings. Almost immediately after our engagement, I reached out and had a meeting with Lynn herself. She helped me put into words what I was looking for and set me on the path to finding our vendors. We were set up with Jody as our planner who is absolutely incredible. Jody helped me manage planning a Banff wedding from Miami Florida and made it seem easy. There were many points in the process where I felt I was falling behind only to find out Jody had taken care of everything and put my mind at ease. She became less a wedding planner and more a friend through out our 18 month planning process and she did an amazing job bringing our vision to life.Our wedding was incredible - actually perfect. I cannot recommend Jody and the Lynn Fletcher Wedding team enough! My (now) husband and I lived in the states and wanted to have our dream wedding up in beautiful Lake Louise but we knew little about the surrounding area. Jody from LFW was invaluable to us and by far the best investment we made. I was finishing up my masters degree at the time and Jody was essential to keeping us on track and checking in with us along the way. Jody took care of everything for us and she was full of ideas, inspiration and knowledge about the best vendors to partner with that fit our budget and our tastes. We wanted to have a smaller, more intimate wedding and the LFW team transformed a large space to feel cozy and intimate which, was just what we wanted. I know not many brides can say this, but our wedding day went off without a hitch, and if there was one I didn't know about it because Jody & the LFW team took care of it. Our big day was smooth sailing and it was everything we could have hoped and dreamed for. Working with Jody & LFW took away so much stress for me and it was a relief to know we had an expert to turn to at any point during our engagement. A wedding planner should be the first thing on every brides list and the LFW team is the BEST. Strongly recommend, I cannot say enough good things about our experience with them.
