Went there 8 am without an appointment. They were super nice and accommodating. VERY happy with my hair and everyone there is top notch. Would highly recommend and would certainly return when in the area.

My mother was in Salon Massimo today getting a haircut and styling. This is the result. I don't know to whom this renders as a professional cut...Request was simple enough; for the hair which grew out and was now covering her ears to be trimmed so the ear would be visible. As someone who wears her hair short for years now, she assumed the stylist would do so in a stylish and conservative fashion. Apparently she was wrong. My mother left the salon embarrassed and feeling very unattractive. While the hairdresser offered her a $5 discount.Now, I understand that mistakes can happen, but when I contacted the management about this, Massimo offered to try and fix this, while stating that the hair dresser said there was just a miscommunication. No offence, this job is not a miscommunication, its unprofessionalism. I was told the hair dresser (Michelle) has worked at the salon for years and the suggestion was that because English is not my mother's first language, thats somehow the desired outcome she asked for.So here is my suggestion : if your hair dressers can't cut short hair, they should state so. Likewise, if they make a mistake like this, best not to blame it on someone's accent but on lack of one's skills.Definitely not the best way a management could have handled the situation. Good luck with your future business.

What a fantastic experience! The staff is amazing and very knowledgeable. They are all super experienced and incredibly friendly. Love this place! The best by far!.

I love this place! I have been going here for years, even though it’s an hour away from me. No matter what place I try, no one compares to Alyssa’s work. I have very thick and long hair, but she always knows what to do with it. I get compliments on my highlights all the time. The girl is so talented!!!!

The Salon offers a warm, clean and inviting atmosphere. The staff are delightful and hospitable. Hair services are conducted professionally, and they are thorough and respectful. I have always received the best hair care over the many years I have been a client of Massimo's - without fail.

I’ve been going to Salon Massimo about 7 years now. I’ve had my hair cut by the owner Massimo and 2 others (Julie and Alyssa). They are all excellent stylists!! The salon is very conscientious with Covid protocols and I feel quite safe during this time.

Love Salon Massimo! Everyone is friendly and professional. The salon is clean and follows covid protocols. Alyssa is my stylist and I adore her. She listens and makes sure I am happy before I leave. She does a wonderful job cutting men’s hair as well. Other stylist have cut my hair there and all do a fantastic job. Highly recommend.
