Checked my bag in at 3:15pm. the service was friendly but the information given was incorrect. I was told clearly, in plain English, that post 11:00 I would be able to pick up my checked baggage at the international departures area, upon arrival at the international desk I was informed that the baggage was still in domestic and that the attendant would not be able to help me till 1:00, thankfully the man working the international desk was able to sort out my predicament and came with me after his shift on his own time to the domestic area so that i could procure my checked luggage. Thankful for his ability to problem solve but not impressed with the unclear direction given initially. Hopefully morning forward the company is able to clear up guest communication issues and ensure that everyone has a clear understanding of company policy prior to their purchasing of the service

They have ONE driver that can't drive in the snow, with over 500 lost luggage to deliver! They will not contact you to let you know when your luggage will be delivered because they simply don't have the service that they promise to deliver. DO NOT get your luggage delivered by this company. It is definitely faster to pick them up directly at the YVR airport as soon as the airline company locate your luggage. BE AWARE that your luggage is stored all around their kiosk with nobody guarding your property!! Oh yes, they do have a woman yelling DO NOT TOUCH ANY OF THE BAGS!!" and apparently they have a surveillance camera-if you feel comforted by this fact!!"

I couldn't agree more with the previous reviewer! The airline sent my luggage left behind in the US with their next flight and it was at YVR ready for pick-up by the Chinese guy from CDS (likely the only employee) about 16 hours after my arrival the previous day. In the end, I came in possession of my luggage 45 hours after my arrival in Canada. CDS called twice from a hidden number giving me two fairly large (3 hour) intervals in which they will come to my home to deliver; first one was 10pm-1am and no one showed up within this unusual time frame. Their next attempt to deliver was not until 18 hours later! I think this guy has a day job and does this contract" delivery for extra cash. Overall

CDS was contracted to drop off my wife’s luggage after it never made her Air Canada flight. Her luggage arrived at 1:00 in the afternoon. The CDS driver showed up at 11:30 at night with no warning, rang the doorbell and woke up my infant child. When I questioned him on the inappropriate delivery time he was very rude and confrontational. It was the worst customer service I have ever experienced.

Edit my review from one to 4 * for the service I got from GM CDS. She is a very nice lady . She called me to apologize and take the responsibility honestly. And call a cab to send my bags to my house in one hour. Which I don’t need to go to airport to pick up. Thank you and I appreciate that.If other employees can treat their job seriously like GM there won’t be so many troubles showing in comments. Maybe company really need to look into the management system.

After a terrible experience with Air Canada, CDS was contracted to deliver our delayed bag. Because of Air Canada's mistake, CDS couldn't contact us to inform us of the initial delivery so we missed it. After being without our bag for almost two days, we were told that we'd potentially have to wait ANOTHER 24 hours to receive it. I called CDS directly and they gave me a 4 hour window for a same day delivery during the evening of a stat holiday! The call ended at 6:40pm and the bag was at our door at 8:45pm. I am beyond impressed and thankful for the courteous rep I spoke to and for his understanding and efforts to get our luggage back to us.

Omg! What a terrible service! AVOID AT ANY COST!THEY DID NOT WANT TO RETURN THE SECOND PIECE of LUGGAGE!My parents' two pieces of luggage went missing and Sunwing Airlines told me that the baggage can be either delivered or picked up. We have decided to pick up the baggage after a few unsuccessful delivery attempts. I clearly asked both the airline and this company's reps if they have 2 pieces of luggage and they responded positively.We arrived at YVR yesterday evening and FRONT DESK and her colleague were so UNPROFESSIONAL and UNWILLING to help us. Sorry, no names as they refused to introduce themselves.FIRST OF ALL, they gave us only one piece of luggage and LIED that they don't have another one. They just DID NOT to contact other storage/dispatch facility and were lying they did. Please read further to see why I am sure they lied.SECOND, Kate - I think I Heard someone called this front desk KATE - and her colleague said they did not receive the second luggage from the airline and they would contact us when they receive it. BUT I told them airline contacted me and said both of the luggage are at YVR baggage storage. Plus, I told them my parents are leaving tomorrow and they need their luggage now. This guy just and front desk indirectly TOLD ME TO GET LOST and contact the airline as it's not their problem. OMG, this guy was NOT really WILLING to call the manager, but I insisted.IN THE END.... After 2 hours.... As soon as MANAGER ARRIVED and I explained the situation... miracle... the manager found the second luggage.Dear CDS Delievery Services, please make your employees more professional, less rude and lazy and more willing to do their job :)

Beyond awful experience! Delayed luggage (another story) ended up with this trash third-party outsource company to be delivered when it arrived in YVR. Except they neither delivered my luggage, nor even informed me they had it in their possession... after having it for 2 days.Finally called after their website said my bag had been assigned a non-existent driver, and I was told I had to come pick up my bag. When I questioned why they wouldn't carry out their most basic function as a company (deliver my bag), I was simply told I had to come pick it up. When I further inquired why I wasn't informed in any way of any of this after two days, the girl said yeah sometimes the system is funny like that". Hilarious.Shame on Air Canada for being so lazy to pawn off basic customer service to such an incompetent operation. Basically the epitome of the broken system... but not like we can do anything."

Don’t have much faith in the group of people that were working Sunday 14 July. 5 bags dropped off in the morning (3 suitcases, 2 backpacks). When we returned the attendant brought out our backpacks and said thanks and goodbye. This had me a little concerned, as we still had 3 more suitcases stored but I assumed that the larger bags were stored separately from the smaller ones. The attendant went back in and came back with only one of our suitcases and asked us if that was all. This was when I started to worry, he hunted for another 5 minutes and found another bag. He asked us what our bag looked like and disappeared for another few minutes. He pulled out a bag and asked if it was ours, this strikes me as irresponsible, he could be giving us someone else’s bag! He then decided to give up and another attendant started to search, then she finally came out and asked us again what our bag looked like. Getting sick of waiting we decided to go into the room and help them search. What a mess, it’s not surprising that they couldn’t find out bag. They really need to sort out their system to prevent an issue like this from occurring. Luckily our bag was found by us (no help from the attendants) about 15 minutes later.

Would give zero stars if I could. This company doesn't pick up any calls. I have been on hold for over 4.5 hours from multiple calls in 2 days. Left multiple messages and so has my wife!! We have never received a call back!!! My luggage has been missing for 2 days and was sent to delivery by an equally abysmal American Airlines. No one seems to know where my luggage is and no one will call me back. I have medication in there that I need for my ailments that I cannot even get a refill for another 2 days. I have missed 2 days of work and my wife has missed 1 day, all with false promises that our luggage will being delivered.WHERE iS MY LUGGAGE AND WHY CANT I GET A CALL BACK???!!!?????
