I dealt with a representative on the phone, very specifically telling her I needed a refresher course for my girlfriend, who holds a full drivers license. Apparently she never understood that, telling me well into the conversation I should have told her that in the first place. I said I told her 5 times. She hung up on me. Very unprofessional and a waste of time

Moe was an amazing in class teacher not only does he keep it light he is up front and honest with the procedures of driving you will encounter doesn't matter if it is theory or practical he touches all aspects

Mostly late or don't show up at all for driving lessons. Not sure if these reviews at reviews from students, but all of my son's friends have the same bad things to say about this place

Although the indoor class is great.... but when your trying to do the actual driving portion..... well, I have been waiting for an entire year for an Instructor to get a hold of me. I have a year left to just get my G2... I haven't been contacted or given a different number to contact... I dont recommend going here if you want to do the driving portion.

This is a great driving school!.. although the in class was boring the in car was great. I had Marina as my instructor, she was the best!.

This is the worst driving school in Cambridge. Paid for my daughter to go here, and while the in class portion was great the in car was terrible. My daughter came home crying saying she’ll never get her g2 because marina doesn’t make her feel comfortable when driving...she just screams at her and doesn’t let her concentrate when she’s on the road. My daughter went to the in class half in early January and just finished her last lesson two weeks ago. She texted marina saying she’s ready to get her g2 and still hasn’t gotten a response. Save your money, don’t go here. Go to ultimate drivers.

We enrolled our daughter to take the driving course here with in class and in car instruction.The in class portion went fine. However the in car portion left much to be desired. Stanley, the instructor cancelled twice on her forcing her to find time in her already busy schedule. The car smelled bad inside, and most of the lessons were scheduled at night. Marina who I believe is the manager had to step in to take one of my daughter’s in car sessions, and was herself dismayed that Stanley had been holding lessons after dark.2 weeks after she completed her final session, they still had not submitted her certification to MTO. We paid $12 to MTO only to discover, this had not been done and now have to spend another $12 to get the MTO report to our insurance company. (!)A lack of respect for customer’s time.Very unprofessional and a sloppy organization.I can’t recommend this driving school based on our experience.

Worst experience for my family.NEVER use this driving school.My son's driving instructor cancelled 8 of his lessons -- even rescheduled ones with little to no notice -- therefore he couldn't get his liscence on time because his lessons were always being pushed forward due to his instructor rescheduling.Most unprofessional organization I've ever dealt with. I tried to call them and email 3 times in regards to scheduling with of course no response...the only time they called back was when I initially called to register him...Just because you deal with teenagers as your customer base does not mean you can treat them so poorly. What a terrible service model for young people to learn from.I'm extremely disgusted with this business and will NOT be sending my other 3 children here when they are old enough.

Mediocre. The in class was decent. A little boring but the instructor was a good teacher and very friendly. When it came to the in car training, it became irritating. To book times slots, they have you text the driver. Sometimes the driver wouldn't respond or not get back to me for days. I shouldn't have to make my schedule revolve around wheather my instructor responds to a text or not. To be fair, the instructor was helpful in the car.
