I was told the area outdoors is incredibly unsafe but I arrived there late Friday night and had no issues. The station had a few guards despite it being empty. The chairs could be better cushioned for long waits but luckily there were plenty so it didn't feel crammed. The ticket staff was somewhat dismissive when asked about the bus, stating that the driver will arrive and not to worry. I asked because the instructions recommended being there an hour early yet no driver came into the station to confirm the ride, tickets, or wait time until 12 minutes before departure which was very concerning. We later found out the driver was filling in for someone else. The driver filling in was very polite, professional, and helpful throughout the trip from Vancouver to Seattle. Although this service wasn't perfect, I stand firmly with my 5 stars because the service was available at 1:30am when others weren't. It saved my entire trip from being a disaster and I'll forever be thankful for that.

I’ve taken the Amtrak train into Everett, WA a few years back to go and see my friends music concert. Getting to the station is easy via Skytrain, transit-bus, taxi, drop off my family, friends or ride share service. The station is generally clean with a couple places to eat inside (A&W at the time, a small cafe, which was nice). There was a small souvenir/tshirt store inside too. Purchasing my tickets was easy, the staff are all nice and no problems. I have also taken the Greyhound bus service from there to visit friends out of town and again, good service. Clean, in time and helpful staff. :)

Incredibly unsafe. They will leave you stranded in another country for over an hour in the middle of the night. If you’re lucky enough to actually get a different means of travel that’s safer they won’t process a refund. So you end up stranded in another country, in the middle of the night, they refuse to give your money back under any circumstances EVEN if you purchase the refundable option.Their customer service team takes over a week to respond because I’m sure I’m not the only one complaining.

Never buy a ticket from this company. I bought the ticket but the bus did not come, the company is not able to answer what happened. I had to understand a ticket from another company so as not to miss the trip, as I had a hotel and a return ticket. The company does not want to refund. Never, again, never buy tickets from this disreputable and dishonest company. They are scammers.

After seeing many, many negative reviews from all over the internet, I was quite worried when it came time for my early morning Greyhound bus ride to Seattle. Surprisingly, however, my experience was almost nothing but good things! Despite a storm, bus was only ~20 minutes delayed. Way back was actually ahead of schedule, iirc. Comfortable ride, lots of legroom. I just wish there was actually working WiFi on board. Other than that, I have no complaints. Professional bus drivers, too. I'd definitely choose Greyhound again, especially considering it's price.

Our bus was originally delayed for 5 hours, but after the second time calling they finally told us the bus was broken down and not moving any time soon. The refund page is broken and when I'd ask for help my calling, the chat page and by email they would gaslight me into saying the page did work or avoid the topic all together. I DO NOT RECCOMEND taking greyhound unless you want to be a few days late or loose your money when you decide to take a more reliable form of transportation

Would NEVR RECOMMEND buying tickets from this company, you will put yourself at risk of wandering on the streets in a foreign country in the middle of the night, waiting for a bus that will NEVER ARRIVE.Had the worst experience with their company in my life, waited 2 hrs in the middle of the night, even got kicked out from their station and waited on the streets just to be notified that their company CANCELED that bus. It was 3:30 am at this point, didn’t give us a reason nor did they give us a solution.Emailed them for a refund for the half of ticket and got REJECTED????This is exactly what they meant in the email they replied me: Because I bought the Economy tickets they don’t need to be responsible in at least showing up, nor do they need to refund me.This is a company that will TAKE YOUR MONEY and NEVER SHOW UP.BE AWARE

I booked my bus on flixbus website, operator appeared to be Greyhound.I had trip Van-Seattle 27.05 12.15pm and back same day at 3.35pm. I really hoped that I will have the same driver. As the one from first trip was just super amazing: he was very attentive and helped answering every question from anyone, commented in details every stop we did, even helped adult couple to drop them somewhere on the way. Inwas really impressed. Pls give him a raise!Buses were clean, toilet not smelly. Wi-fi didnt work.

Had a great experience with greyhound found the same bus driver for both rides early morning 1.30am/night 7.30pm on April 25th to Seattle from Vancouver. The driver was very friendly and attentive I didn’t catch his name properly but thank you!Only thing that everyone mentioned is that the terminal in Seattle is not open early morning as it should be.

I very rarely have cause to write negative reviews on Google, but my experience with Greyhound was so appalling that I feel that I would actually be doing more harm by NOT reporting my experience. If the service improves as a result of honest reviews such as this, then it will be worth it.I had a bus scheduled to depart Vancouver at 8:35AM. The morning of my trip (Thursday, April 13th) I received an update saying that my bus had changed to 9:35AM.When I checked 'Manage my Booking', my details still said my trip was at 8:35AM. I downloaded my ticket from the site and it still said that my bus was due at 8:35AM.I used the online web-chat to connect with 2 customer support agents, both of whom confirmed that my bus was due to arrive at 8:35AM.Upon arriving at the station (at 8:20AM), I called Greyhound's support team once more to be absolutely sure. The agent confirmed once again that my bus should arrive at 8:35AM and that, should it be 120 minutes late, I should call again to request a refund and be put on an alternative bus.The bus did not arrive until after 10:35AM, meaning the 2 hour limit had been met. I emailed Greyhound's refund system to request my refund, but they denied me, stating that the bus was not 2 hours late.I'm currently on the phone to one of their agents once more to get the refund that I am owed due to the poor service provided, but this is already more work than I should have to do.If you need to take a bus down to Seattle, I highly suggest Amtrak instead, as I rebooked with them last minute and had a much better quality experience. In addition to the delayed bus and unclear information, there is an abandoned booth in the Pacific Central Station they Greyhound doesn't seem to staff, so if you need assistance at the station, you'll be out of luck.
