Swiss Chalet
Me and my family went to Swiss chalet this weekend. We were joyfully surprised with everything. Our waiter was amazing! Her name is Asia and she was amazing to me and my family. She was patient and made sure our food was great. Our food was amazing and our chicken was tender! She brought me my drink and the ice cube was a rose (you can see in the picture I attached)! I am definitely coming again and I look forward to that day

My family and I dined in at this location and had a wonderful time! We were served by Asia who was attentive, kind, and very friendly. She always was smiling and remembered all our requests for our group of 8. The food was delicious and service was great. We will definitely be back!

I usually go to this location for take out & it's always hot and fresh. The staff are polite & friendly as well.Went to dine in with my parents recently & the food was delicious! The chicken was moist and tender as was the baked potatoes.The strawberry cheesecake was honestly one of the best I had and our server Asia was a super nice girl!

Asia was our server and was so lovely! She made our lunch so special and even got us ice roses in our water :) Wonderful experience! Will be back many times for sure!!

Our Server Asia was one of the best servers we have had in a long time. Her upbeat personality was just so pleasent to talk to. The service was fast and the food was delicious. U can't beat the chicken at Swiss Chalet anywhere. Always a great meal and the service from our server just made it even better.

We have missed Swiss Chalet in Buffalo NY and this was the first time we were near one before my flight. I mentioned to our waitress Asia that when Swiss Chalet was in Buffalo you would get not only the warmed chalet sauce but the barbecue sauce would be warmed too. She said she never heard of that but had barbecue sauce. When my meal came she actually had the kitchen warm it up! Just like I remembered, it was delicious we will definitely be coming back!! Thank you Asia!!

Our server Asia did a phenomenal job in greeting and introducing the menu to me and my 7 year old daughter as well as service throughout the meal.The food tasted great also.Dixon location 10/10.Thanks and I’ll be back

Updated: in our first visit we waited 20 minutes before we decided to seat ourselves. Even then as I am speaking to the waitress she walks right past me without any acknowledgment. Takes the next customer seats and serves them first. As another waitress walks by we ask for a menu again no acknowledgment. The original server eventually gets us a menu. No hello or welcome or sorry for the wait, just here's some menus. She at least told us in advance that the kitchen would have at least a 40min wait. My lunch break is only 1hr.Normally I would consider the holidays so it's busier, but it wasn't even half full. Also it's not the first time we've attempted to eat at this location and the last time wasn't much different in service. This is months back. At least the pandemic was an excuse.Updated for our 2nd visit. We were contacted the same day by the manager who was very apologetic about the service and invited us back to make amends. She went above and beyond and we ate there for the first time. It was less busy and we were properly greeted and seated. We got the festive special which has been a holiday tradition. The chardonnay was chilled to perfection. The roast beef was delicious. I was hoping for more roasted chicken. Food was good with room for improvement. Service was better for dinner. Manager was very kind. Just hope staff keeps it up.

The worse experience that I have especially in this location Dixon rd, it was a igloo chalet no heat very cold. cables over the chair very dangerous literally we don’t remove the jackets dinner run cold fast, the waitress took my order and just bring water, after that disappear. I never got my dinner, I ask to another waitress for help and didn’t come to my table, who really help was the dishwasher, washroom downstairs smells bad I payed and run away of there.horrible experience.!
