Our experience with Elder Care Transitions was superlative, just as many others have observed and commented. From planning to packing/moving to set-up at the new apartment, the whole team was excellent and did a really great job. Thoughtful, reassuring, careful, professional and fairly priced. I recommend them highly and thank them very much for a move beautifully done!

This service is wonderful. Just moved my Mom from her 2 bedroom condo to a 1 bedroom unit in a seniors residence. The full service move definitely made the difficult decision more bearable. Can't believe that only 3 movers were able pack, move and unpack my Mom's furniture and belongings in a matter of hours. Apparently, they were also moving other people on the same day, too! My mom was amazed to walk into her new apartment fully furnished (complete with pictures hung, display items and everything put away) ... She was very happy to see her new residence with all her things. Such attention to detail and they were very kind and sensitive ... Thank-you, Kyle, Jen and Mehdi!! And, Talia, too :)

Elder Care made my mother’s transition to her retirement residence a breeze. They took care of everything from the move itself to helping us clean out the remaking stuff in the apartment. Very professional and friendly staff. I will definitely be using them again if the opportunity comes up in the future.

Working at a retirement home, I've experienced many moving companies employed by our residents. Elder Care Transitions is one of the most professional companies around. Their customer service is top notch, not to mention their reliability and punctuality. They truly care about their clients, and do whatever's necessary to ensure satisfaction at the end of the day. Their kind and gentle approach is the topping on the cake!

Elder Care Transitions was recommended to me by the retirement home that my aunt was moving into. They were FANTASTIC. When I phoned, unfortunately they were booked up for the time period I needed. We hung up and within 2 minutes they were calling back saying that they could rearrange for an afternoon move within my time frame if I wanted. Hurrah. They came exactly on time, made the arrangements for elevators that they had promised and were so careful.I made a mistake asking them to pack things that I had intended to pack and we were late arriving at the retirement home. That led to an overnight delay in unloading - impacting their schedule for the next day. The team was SO gracious about the mistake. They were there early for the appointment the next day, unloaded and set up the room as if they had all the time I needed (and I knew they didnt).I can't say enough good things about the whole team, from the office staff to the movers. Just excellent.

I can not express enough how wonderful this company was to work with. In a very short period of time we needed to have my father moved to a retirement home and this is the company the retirement home recommended. From my first phone call Talia at Elder Care Transitions made me feel at ease. They sent me helpful lists, I chose to do the packing however they are a full service company. Come moving day Kyle met me at my father’s home, we did a walk through as to what was moving. They quickly and professionally wrapped up the furniture and got it loaded into the truck all the while maintaining strict Covid protocols. At the other end, my father’s belongings were carefully brought to his suite, unpacked, furniture properly places and artwork hung. I have to admit, I was skeptical at first about ElderCare Transitions, as my family were mandated to use their services to move my parents to a retirement home during the pandemic. Never have I been more wrong, but I could be happier to admit it. Talia, Jen and her team could not have been better. Kind, efficient, and reasonably priced. They went WELL beyond the call of duty and even helped unpack and move new furniture when we had additional; requirements after the initial move. They responded with lightning speed, pivoted on a dime when problems arose, presented helpful and reasonable solutions and made what could have been a nightmare a relatively smooth transition. I can't recommend them enough
