Valerie was so informative during our behavioral management session. We were working on barking and Baylie being reactive with other dogs so we also went for a walk. It was so great having her see the set up of my house and walk me through different training techniques and the reasons behind them. She even offers extra support outside of the private session which is amazing.Highly recommend

I got my rescue dog from cuba and he was very reactive on leash and meeting other dogs was a huge problem. James came to my home for a consultation. He assessed what was going on and gave me tons of eye opening insights. I have been following his training plan and my dog has been doing much better and we have been steadily improving everyday! We opted for an in-home, 90 minute session, and boy was it a jam packed 90 minutes. James was warm, friendly, receptive to questions, and of course our new puppy loved him. We learned an incredible amount from James and would highly recommend him for anyone with or without dog experience. Definitely having him come back for follow-up sessions. James went above and beyond and even came up with a custom training schedule based on our work schedules!Some highlights:- Fast response via email- Comprehensive rationale for his training methods- Great fact sheets that summarize key points to remember- Super patient and just an all-round nice guy

Had a wonderful puppy consultation with Valerie. She really took the time to make sure we understood everything she was trying to teach us and included info sheets on topics to work on. She answered all our questions and was great with our new puppy. It was lovely having her here and we look forward to working with Valerie and James when we take puppy classes in the future.

We are so glad that we had James and Val’s help when we first got our Ollie. We struggled with many things as first time dog owners would and Val was there to answer our many questions, every step of the way. Dog trainers Valerie and James helped my dog tremendously! He had issues with aggression and wasn’t getting along with other dogs in general. I saw huge improvement in just couple of sessions. They are very kind people and their rates are very reasonable. 100% recommend!
